Tiny place with everything you need

This place is tiny, but it has everything you need. It's a great for a couple. With additional people it can work if you don't actually hangout in the condo. Our issue was that walking around we kept bumping into furniture. There's ample parking, location is excellent, the condo was very clean, and the check-in process was very smooth.

Great view, horrible stay

One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried sleeping on and I travel for work, stay in many different hotels and rental places. There was someone’s band aid used, on the floor, the place smelled like it was rotting and the check in process made no sense to where the actually lock was. 0/10 do not recommend.

Disappointing….. the unit was under exterior renovation when I arrived. No warning. Noisy. Chairs missing off of deck (why would I want to sit there, anyway. Workers all around. Next morning, I returned from a hike to find the unit’s only entrance sealed off for painting. I had to ask them to remove the plastic sheeting to let me in. With no air conditioning and only one window in the rear of the unit… there was no ventilation… I left before they resealed the door and started painting. I notified property management with photos…. they apologized for the ‘inconvenience’ and offered me 50.This unit should not be advertised as available until all work is completed. I was there less tha 24 hours… what a waste of my vacation time and money.

Unit was pretty good. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the main strip in Silverthorne. My only complaint is that the pullout couch bed is pretty bad. You can feel every spring and every bar and the extra pillows for it had no pillow cases. Along with that the closet has packed full of stuff so there wasn’t really anywhere to hang up anything. Other than that the unit had everything you needed.
