Exceptional location on the seafront with a panoramic view of the bay of Saint- Tropez.
3-room apartment (60m2) including 2 large bedrooms (one double, one can be both twin or a double bed and one pull out couch in the salon that can sleep one person or two small people). Bright living room with sea view opening onto a 7m2 terrace, open fitted kitchen, shower room, WC. Air conditioning in all rooms.
Bike shed or push chair shed on the ground floor.
The appartement is located in the center, very close to all shops in the city. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
Distance from the beach 20m.
Private parking place in gated court yard 3min walk from the appartement. Linen and bath towels can be included and will be an extra 25€ per person.

Beautiful apartment right next to the beach and the best south of France experience!

The host was very accommodating and there was a seamless check-in/out process. Perfect place to stay with location right across the beach. Easy walks to the town for all activities. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and have a great time. Would stay here again!

Perfect location

The place is very clean and well maintained. Audrey is very nice and attentive to what we need. Sainte Maxime is the best location, close to shops, not crowded and the view is amazing.

Great location will have no hesitation to go back Sophie was a good host apartment very clean with everything you need in an apartment. Only draw back for the older person was the 6 flights of stairs

Amazing apartment and everything that goes with it

This apartment is beautifully renovated with taste. Amazingly positioned with everything you need within walking distant, supermarket, restaurants and the best part ....the beach! you have it all. To top it off the host Sian was lovely and very helpful during our stay. We will definitely go back next summer! Thank you, thank you, thank you !

The best place to relax and visit the Golfe de St Tropez

The apartment is perfect in layout and design and really well thought through. We found everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed most the balcony: large enough for 4 (and even more people) to eat. And a spectacular view over the sea and to St Tropez on the other side of the Golfe. A fantastic beach (Plage de Centre Ville) is just on the other side of the street. Shops and Cafés/restos in walking distance. The Check-in/Check-out was very well and smoothly handled by Audrey. Everything was perfect, we strongly recommend it - and hope to come back ourselves.

Vacation in sainte maxime

The property is very well equipped and the owner has done an excellent job renovating the apartment. The beds are very comfortable. The location has the advantage that it is very close to the beach you just have to cross the street and it is close to the shops. There is a nice parking spot at walking distance where we could easily park our suv. It is situated at a very busy street so it takes a couple of days to get used to the traffic noise. Overall we had a fantastic vacation.

Great time in Sainte Maxime

I was very concerned about an apartment overlooking a very busy and noisy main thoroughfare, but while we always hate the noise you can easily go about your life, read books during the day and get goodvdleep at night. The apartment was very comfortable...nice everything. The kitchen had everything we needed including orange squeezer for the wonderful oranges so readily available. Between the apartment and the beach right across the street and the great food in the markets about 7 minutes away we were in heaven. Our son and grandson say they love Ste. Max, want to return and thought it the best town between St. Trop and St Raphaelle. Finally, it might be off-putting for some, but we appreciated the four flights of stairs as a great way to stay in shape on vacation.

Absolut fantastic!!!

The appartment is fantastic and amazing!!! It's very, very good equiped! Very modern and furnished with a very good taste and love! It's very clean and renovated. The view from the big balcony is absolutely a dream: you have a fantastic panoramic view over the whole gulf of St.Tropez and to the other coast side to the harbour of St.Tropez directly too. There are 3 supermarkets less than 10 minutes walk from the appartment!!! The parking is also great: only 2 minutes walk from the appartment and enough space for big cars. The parking is private and locked, so no one can enter who is not allowed. The appertment in the 3rd floor can only be reached by using the steps, so you should be in a good or very good health condition, but it's worth! :-) If you enter the appartment, the 1st thing you see is the panoramic view over the whole gulf of St.Tropez.

An der Wohnung hatten wir nichts auszusetzen! Alles Tip Top von der Einrichtung bis zur Ausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt! Wenn es etwas zu bemĂ€ngeln gebe dann das die Sicht vom Balkon durch das Casino auf Meer etwas verdeckt ist. Aber das wĂ€re die Kirsche auf der Torte
. Audrey und ihre Mutter waren sehr nett und haben alle unsere WĂŒnsche und Anliegen sofort beantwortet und umgesetzt. Ich kann die Wohnung einfach nur empfehlen! Nur positive Erfahrung gemacht. Man hat alles was man braucht in der NĂ€he. Einkaufen, Restaurant, CafĂ©, Strandpromenade
.Wir haben das Auto kaum gebraucht.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und die QualitĂ€t der Betten ist gut. Was man beachten sollte, die top Lage bedingt eine große LautstĂ€rke. Die Straße ist von morgens 5:00 Uhr bis am spĂ€ten Abend extrem stark befahren. Das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten ist nach hinten und somit kein Problem, im Elternschlafzimmer ist der Straßenverkehr deutlich zu hören, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Hier wĂ€re eine bessere Verglasung nötig. Bad und WC sind getrennt, aber jeweils sehr eng und klein. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung war aufgerĂ€umt und sauber. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist toll. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt mit Sophie und Audrey war perfekt. Es gibt fußlĂ€ufig BĂ€cker und 2 Kl. SupermĂ€rkte.der grĂ¶ĂŸere ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Strand und Stadtleben direkt vor der TĂŒr. Daher war es manchmal laut. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet.. Es steht ein Parkplatz nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur VerfĂŒgung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. .

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sehr tolle Kommunikation vor und wĂ€hrend des Aufenthaltes. Die Wohnungen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Strand direkt ĂŒber die Strasse und alles fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen.

War im großen und ganzen sehr schön. 3.stock und laut. Wer keine Treppen steigen will ist hier falsch. Famile mit 2 Kindern optimal. Hast alles in der NĂ€he. Hast einen eigenen Parkplatz einfahrt bissl eng aber großer Parkplatz.
