The Ilikai building has begun a major exterior improvement project, including spalling repairs and full exterior painting, carried out by a licensed contractor. This is a large-scale project for the entire building and is expected to take approximately 1.5 to 2 years to complete.

Project Timeline for This Unit:　February 2026 – June 2026

Work Hours:
Construction work is generally limited to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in accordance with building rules. However, if there are weather-related delays, contractors may begin work as early as 8:00 AM on certain days to stay on schedule. During work hours, there may be increased noise and dust in the surrounding area.

Lanai Access:
Please note that the lanai will be inaccessible during this period due to scaffolding and safety requirements.

Privacy Notice:
For your privacy and comfort, we recommend keeping the curtains closed during work hours, as workers may be present on or near the lanai.

Ilikai Hotel is located at 1777 Ala Moana Blvd, far western end of Waikiki, with a great variety of places nearly at its doorsteps. Just within a leisurely walk away from the building is the Waikiki harbor, the Hilton Hawaiian Village, and Fort DeRussy park. As well as an ever-evolving scene of cafes, happy hours, international cuisine, and late-night bars to relax at with an exotic island refreshment.
This 15th floor unit features 1 king-sized bed that can accommodate maximum of 2 people. This comfortable unit has a full kitchen and equipped with basic kitchen supplies you need to cook your meal. Enjoy the great view of marina, Pacific Ocean, and soothing tropical sunshine that will make your time run slower. The unit also has a lanai where you can enjoy seeing the yachts come and go, as well as calming tropical breeze. Don't forget to see the sunset from lanai when you're back from your shopping!
