Welcome to Couple’s Cove – your private lakeside getaway!

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite places the lake right at your doorstep, with stunning, unobstructed views from every window. It’s the perfect spot to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of the water.

☆ Property Info

Couple’s Cove is the lower level of our home, complete with its own private entrance—like a lakeside condo that’s all yours. The suite and all listed amenities are fully private for your stay.

We, the homeowners, live upstairs with our two dogs. You may occasionally hear us moving around, but we do our best to keep things quiet and will always respect your privacy.

☆ Inside the Suite

Settle into the cozy master bedroom with a queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed and spacious bathroom. The living room offers a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space, and both rooms have smart TVs—perfect for movie nights in.

For indoor fun, the family room and kitchen area include a pool table, darts, and a wide selection of board games.

☆ Outdoor Spaces

Step into your private screened-in patio with a five-person hot tub and dining area overlooking the lake. Beyond that, relax on your private deck with a fire pit table, zero-gravity chairs, and a grill for evenings under the stars.

☆ Things to Do on the Property

• Paddleboard or kayak (provided free)

• Fish right off the dock

• Swim in the lake

• Soak in your private hot tub

• Play pool, darts, or board games

• Curl up with a good book

• Enjoy movie night on either smart TV

We’ve thought of everything so you can simply relax, play, and enjoy the lake.

The only shared items are the kayaks and paddleboard, which are available on a first-come basis. With two singles and a double, there’s usually plenty for everyone—but we’re happy to reserve them for you.

☆ Your Stay

Check-in is easy and contactless with a smart lock after 3pm. We’ll reach out to you the morning of your arrival to be sure you have everything you need.

We’ll be on-site if you need help with the kayaks, fire pit, or anything else—just ask.

☆ House Rules

• No pets, no children, no parties

• Smoking is not permitted indoors, but allowed outside and on the screened patio

• Only two registered guests are permitted on the property

• Daytime visitors require prior approval, must be limited, and leave by 9pm

• Quiet time is after 10pm to respect our neighbors please.


☆ Extra Comforts

For convenience, the suite has upgraded Wi-Fi if you need to work during your stay, and a whole-house generator to keep the fun going, even during a Tennessee storm.
