This is a very characteristic and charmingly old building. So so spacious! With that said be aware there is not a lift and that you need to bring your luggage up a flight of stone steps for the first floor. On upper floors there are spiral steps. We stayed on the first floor and it was lovely. I am sure the owner is aware the kitchen chairs need to be replaced due to all the loving.

A bit of magic

This was an amazing flat. Its in the heart of the town and the view was nothing short if amazing. The host are wonderful and were very helpful

Amazing location

The apartment is in an amazing location with a lovely view. The sofa bed is broken (still usable, but difficult to open) and very uncomfortable, so the ideal number of people would be 3 max. An extra mirror and door key would be very handy. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and I must stress the beauty of the view and the practicality of the location.

Beautiful city, charming apartment — and the view from the living room is outstanding, exactly as pictured. But the place needs TLC.Check-in was confusing (partly our fault), but the management team saved the day — they couriered our luggage over by bike and threw in a bottle of wine. Genuinely above and beyond.The apartment itself fell short:1.No A/C (disclosed upfront, but brutal during the heat wave we hit). Of the three fans, one was broken, one was too noisy to use, and only one actually worked2.Loud street noise with windows open all night3.Missing sheets for the pull-out bed (we’d flagged we needed it)4.Sofa upholstery was dirty (the mattress itself was comfortable) and a lamp was broken5.Dead pigeon in the hallway for a dayWouldn’t book this apartment again, but I’d absolutely recommend the management team.

Fremragende udsigt og placering. Manglede en ekstra nøgle og flere spejle. Manglede også lagen til sovesofaen den første nat. Da vi fik den blev den hængt over dørhåndtaget og var faldet på jorden - at putte den i en plastikpose havde været til at fortrække. Tak for opholdet.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, une vue de carte postale! Très très bien aménagé, le seul est pour les gens qui ne peuvent dormir que dans le noir. Les volets ne ferment pas très bien et n’occultent pas grand chose, mise à part cela il est très très bien!

You can’t ask for a better location in Annecy. The view out the windows to the canal can’t be beat! Apartment was clean and had all the items needed for a short stay.
