Ocean Breezes Historic Home with Creek Dock
Wonderful, historic home built by “Boo” Lachicotte, cousin to our founder Doc Lachicotte. This home is truly a treasure on Pawleys Island with its unique angle, allowing for fantastic ocean views and breezes. Located on large lot with plenty of old oaks and features a well equipped kitchen, creek dock, washer/dryer, and an amazing screen porch with hammock for relaxing and large table for Low Country Boil or family game night.
This is a great house that will bring you back in time with all the modern amenities.
Master bedroom features 1 King bed with newly renovated private bath. 2 large bedrooms upstairs are accessed through enclosed stairway on screened porch and features a Queen and Twin in the North bedroom and 1 Queen and 3 twin beds in the South bedroom. Upstairs also features 1 newly renovated full bath and 1 half bathroom.
Central air and heat are located on the main floor while window a/c units cool the upstairs.
Be sure to view the historic pictures on the wall in the living room, especially the one of the original workers who built the home.
This home is pet friendly (non-refundable pet fee applies) and will allow Winter Rentals for the first floor only in the off season.
Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. No smoking
This house also features high speed WiFi internet.
Inform Guests that there is to be no Grilling close to the house,or on the Wooden Porches for safety reasons.
