New York meets Lexington! Unique and outstanding brick townhouse, designed by renowned architect Helm Roberts for his family features extraordinary light and scale in the historic Gratz Park area. This home offers exposed brick living and entertainment space, and the convenience of a 3-story elevator. The recently updated property offers 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, that can easily accommodate 10 guests.

The lower level of this beautiful home offers private suite that includes a luxurious queen bed, full bath, wall-mounted television, kitchenette, and plenty of seating space.

Take the elevator or stairs to the second level to enjoy the open, gorgeous living area. This level includes the dining space, gourmet kitchen, and 1/2 bath. In addition to the stunning dining room table that seats 14, there is also a breakfast nook and bar area to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

Take the elevator or stairs to the third level to find three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have additional luxurious queen beds, and one bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds. One bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom, and there is also an additional full bathroom on this level. All bedrooms have plenty of room to store your personal items. This level also includes a conveniently placed laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Finally, take the stairs to the top level where you will find a cozy loft. There's yet another luxurious queen bed, seating area, kitchenette, full bath, and a gorgeous skylight. You may never want to leave this little slice of heaven!

Outside there is a brick walled courtyard with center garden and fountain. There's also a deck with a roomy seating area and gas grill.

Our visitors will love the convenience this home offers to Rupp Arena, Transylvania University, downtown restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries and historical landmarks like the Mary Todd Lincoln house. A short drive will get you to Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail, the Brewgrass Trail, the Kentucky Horse Park, and The Ashland Estate. The Lexington Visitor’s Center is a seven minute walk from the house ( http://www.visitlex.com/ ) where you can find maps, tour tickets, and information on all the activities you might be interested in.

Whether you're in town for a wedding, graduation, reunion, Keeneland sales or race meet, the Bourbon Trail, or for any reason that you find yourself in Central Kentucky, you will enjoy your stay in The Helm Roberts House.

Great property in the perfect location for exploring downtown Lexington. The townhouse is huge and had plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out. The living room and dining table were perfect for gathering. The decor was very nice in a fun style. Beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants otherwise it was a quick inexpensive Uber ride. Our host was very responsive to my questions both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for guys trip

Gregory's house was perfect for our guys trip to Lexington. Perfect proximity 5-10 min walking distance to Rupp Arena and the downtown area. House was super clean and had everything we needed. We used this property during our wedding weekend. My husband and his groomsmen stayed here the night before our wedding. We enjoyed our stay at Greg’s Rental and it was even better than in the photos! You can’t find a better location for downtown Lexington and the Gratz Park area is top notch. We've stayed at numerous rental homes...this house is absolutely one of the most beautiful homes and exceeded all others as far as being furnished and the thoughtful placement of mirrors and outlets.
