Ski in/ski out apartment in Saint Gervais (sleeps 6) with swimming pool

Welcome to the Star of the Alps, our mountain area in the charming village of Saint Gervais, located 20 minutes from Chamonix / Megeve. Our apartment is in the residence of Clos G'rets, co-ownership of cottages on the ski slope and also offers a swimming pool. There is a master bedroom, second-floor room with bed and large living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The bright living room features a large glazed façade that opens onto a sunny terrace and offers a magnificent view of the mountain. The apartment also has a bathroom with bath and is a 10-minute walk from the village center. Our apartment is right on the track leading to the elevator St Gervais-Bettex which allows you to ski to the tele-pheric winter - a real walk-a-track! And if you're there in summer, you (and the kids) will enjoy the outdoor pool. The famous St Gervais Thermal Park, which offers a spa and a range of treatments, is 10 minutes by car. Upon arrival at the residence, the concierge give you the keys and will be available if you have any questions during your stay at the Etoile des Alpes.

Good support from the host

Booking process was easy and efficient. The apartment was fine for our needs (4 adults, two toddlers), we spent lots of time outdoors so the compact size of the apartment worked OK for us. Host was available and responded quickly, good communication.

Jan 2023 Ski Stay

We arrived late and access to the property was hindered by a road closure due to a piste running across the road. We managed to find a route around and eventually to the underground garage. We found the apartment clean and ample linen had been left for our requirements. Despite paying extra for the linen there was an expectation that this would be laundered and returned to the supplier or an additional charge would be made. We challenged this and the host agreed that we could leave the linen at the apartment unlaundered. The apartment is well located with direct access to the piste. The town of St Gervais is within walking distance.

Appartement confortable très bien placé

Appartement très bien placé et bien équipé, avec une jolie vue. Accès direct au parking fermé très pratique. Les navettes gratuites au pied de la résidence sont un véritable atout à Saint-Gervais, pour se déplacer et rejoindre le télécabine en l'absence de neige, sans prendre la voiture. Très bon séjour que nous renouvellerons ! Merci.

Séjour à ST GERVAIS

Malgré le manque de neige le séjour était bien. L'appartement spacieux bien situé entre les pistes et le centre-ville. Tout est possible à pied. La propreté de l'appartement était limite. Les sanitaires étaient propres mais nous avons du en arrivant aspirer le sol et relaver la vaisselle (assiettes et plats sales).

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr schwierig zu finden, vor allem weil die Anreisebeschreibung nicht mehr stimmt. Wenn man die Unterkunft aber mal gefunden hat, fühlt man sich schnell wohl.

Un logement agréable en été

Séjour d'une semaine en famille (2 adultes + 3 enfants 15-12-6) pour découvrir St Gervais et ses environs. Logement propre et agréable bien situé à proximité du télécabine. Terrasse bien exposée S-E mais trop juste en superficie pour y déjeuner. Piscine appréciable en été au retour des randonnées. Attention : petit frigo. Le top : la vue sur la montagne enneigée.

locatie prima, matig schoon.

Leuk appartement, aan de piste, garage op 50 meter binnen door het complex was handig. Een slaapkamer met dubbel bed, tweede met bunkbed en geen raam. Schoonmaak was opvallend slecht !, o.a. glazen vastgeplakt op plank, pannen met etensresten en badmatten volharen en stof.

Bien agréable dans l'ensemble avec la piscine par contre dans l'annonce les animaux ne sont pas accepté dans la location mais pas pour l'immeuble d'où des aboiements. La vaisselle un peu juste pour 5 et des problèmes de tv. Super régions
