Nice apartment as described

I like the Marais where this unit is. The pictures and reviews are accurate. It has 3 pleasant bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Closing the windows makes the place quite quiet. There is an air conditioner unit. The kitchen is fine but my constructive suggestion would be to equip it with pots pans knives etc. there’s also perhaps a digital key but I used an analog one and a fob.

Good flat, poor service by management

Good apartment in great area but we were 3 adults in 3 bedroom flat and received only one key set (metal key and electronic fob). Asked for another set when neither digital key nor number code worked to open the 3 doors (front, courtyard and flat) “only have one key set” was the reply. also asked chat bot for cutting board and place mats. No response. Nice place poor service

Frustrating!

We recently stayed in this property for 11 days, from September 23 through October 3. There were some significant disappointments. 1) The property is listed as having 2 1/2 bathrooms. It does not - it only has two bathrooms. 2) There was only one key available for the three adults staying there. This provided us with major inconveniences. We were there for 11 days and asked to have another key multiple times and, although we were told they were “working on it”, we never received one. We noticed, when looking at past reviews, that this problem has been going on for several years - so it appears management has no intention of resolving it. 3) We saw a mouse in the kitchen. 4) There is no closet or place to hang up clothes in the third bedroom. On a positive note, the property was clean overall and in a good location.

Comfortable 3 bedroom apartment in very hip/stylish Les Maria’s neighborhood

This property is a well-appointed, but NOT large 3BR/2BA. My wife & I and our two adult kids felt very cozy (if not tripping over each other at times). But… that’s Paris. Space limitations not withstanding, we really enjoyed this place. The Les Marais neighborhood is very hip and edgy (think Soho New York or Melrose Los Angeles). Very lively with many fun bars and restaurants within walking distance. I misjudged walking distance to Louvre/Notre Dame area, but very easy/quick from the Le Republique Metro station. Ultimately, it was nice to be away the touristy areas and see the “real Paris.” The check-in process was VERY EASY. The digital locks made for a very efficient self-service check-in.
