We had a lovely stay. It was the perfect room set up for our group and the location was also really wonderful because of the proximity to the metro and nearby shopping and restaurants. Yohann communicated well and was very accommodating. Highly recommend the stay!

The location was perfect for where we wanted to stay and was reasonable for all the space we had. Lots of shopping and things to do just a few feet from the apt. I would definitely stay here again.The host was most accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic place!! Great communication, location was wonderful. The initial meeting with Mickael was unexpected but excellent - showed us around the apartment, how to use each appliance and some tips about where to go for groceries, food & eating out.

It was a great space. Well designed, clean and centrally located. Dealing with Yohann was easy. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities of home.Beds were very comfortable.The location was central with easy access to bakeries and food markets. The only thing was it didn't feel quite safe at night, specially coming home on the subway.Other than that, it was perfect!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, we were welcomed by Mickael, excellent communication, comfortable beds, quiet, large bathrooms, great location with excellent dining, 2 minute walk to the metro, grocery, and pharmacy. As we were warned, there were women soliciting ALL day. We never felt unsafe, plenty of tourists and shops all around. We unfortunately traveled during a major heatwave and didn’t pay attention that the apartment had no AC. The host provided multiple fans but it was quite warm all day and night. But, all in all, our family had an excellent stay.

Great stay

The apartment is very clean and spacious, it was in a great location as well. Online description is accurate, there are ladies waiting on the street but we never felt unsafe and they were friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay in Paris at this apartment. It was spacious and comfortable for our needs. It was easy to get to public transportation and the restaurants in the area were excellent. Yohann was very easy to communicate with and quick with responses to questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Paris.

Awesome apartment. Clean and good location.

We stayed five nights. Plenty of room for the three of us. Close to Metro, and many great cafes and restaurants. Check-in and check-out process was easy - Mickael was very informative, not just about the apartment but also practical tips.

Nice place near historic part of Paris

The house is well maintained and has all the amenities for a family. We stayed here for a few days. Mickael helped with the checkin and took the time to provide all the information. Cafes/restaurants/metro are all walking distance.

Perfect for Paris

Absolutely perfect apartment! Well equipped, super comfortable beds, quiet at night and lots of space for a family. We loved the vibrant, ethnically diverse neighbourhood and close proximity to food shops and the metro. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday Trip

There were 2 families: 4 adults and 3 teens/pre teens in the apt. Location was very convenient to metro, and bakeries. Having a small kitchen for breakfast and ability to do laundry was a fantastic benefit.
