Fantastic place!! Great communication, location was wonderful. The initial meeting with Mickael was unexpected but excellent - showed us around the apartment, how to use each appliance and some tips about where to go for groceries, food & eating out.

We loved our stay in Paris at this apartment. It was spacious and comfortable for our needs. It was easy to get to public transportation and the restaurants in the area were excellent. Yohann was very easy to communicate with and quick with responses to questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Paris.

Nice place near historic part of Paris

The house is well maintained and has all the amenities for a family. We stayed here for a few days. Mickael helped with the checkin and took the time to provide all the information. Cafes/restaurants/metro are all walking distance.

Awesome apartment. Clean and good location.

We stayed five nights. Plenty of room for the three of us. Close to Metro, and many great cafes and restaurants. Check-in and check-out process was easy - Mickael was very informative, not just about the apartment but also practical tips.

Absolutely perfect apartment! Well equipped, super comfortable beds, quiet at night and lots of space for a family. We loved the vibrant, ethnically diverse neighbourhood and close proximity to food shops and the metro. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The apartment is very clean and spacious, it was in a great location as well. Online description is accurate, there are ladies waiting on the street but we never felt unsafe and they were friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable and accessible

This apartment was perfect for our family — the location couldn’t have been better. It offered all the comforts of home, making it easy to relax and settle in right away. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance or just a short ride on the metro, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this place again for a future visit.

Large apartment-great location

The Manray house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location was excellent and it was easy to tour multiple tourist hot spots and near plenty of within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. There were ladies waiting for men out front on the street but we always felt comfortable and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to book the Manray house again.

Perfect for our girls weekend in Paris

This flat was perfect for our stay in Paris. Check in was very thorough and was exactly as planned. The flat was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and provided great rest from our busy sightseeing days. Our host was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this flat!

Family Holiday Trip

There were 2 families: 4 adults and 3 teens/pre teens in the apt. Location was very convenient to metro, and bakeries. Having a small kitchen for breakfast and ability to do laundry was a fantastic benefit.

Spacious apartment in a great location

This property is in a great location right next to the metro, with many amenities and restaurants nearby. It is a 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and the Louvre, direct line on the metro to the Eiffel Tower.Host was helpful, took time to explain everything, 2 sets of keys provided. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and there was a washer and dryer as well as 2 bathrooms.We never felt unsafe, always plenty of people around in the area. Would recommend.

Nice apartment in a great location

Our stay was the first week of Jan 2025. Check in was great. Apartment was very nice, only one flight of stairs. We had 6 adults and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Just a few blocks to the metro station. Lots of bakery's, supermarkets and cafe's within a few blocks. No issues with the neighborhood. No issues with the apartment or the host. Would highly recommend

Perfect stay for a girls long weekend

4 of us stayed in this spacious apt. We each had our own bed. Two of us shared a large bedroom, that had two double beds. The bathrooms were absolutely sufficient, as was the kitchen. (We were hardly there). The neighborhood had easy access to the metro, and shops close by. We felt that we were truly in Paris….with Parisians, Not tourists.

Wonderful gem close to metro with comfortable beds!

The Manray apartment fulfilled our needs. It’s close to metro and restaurants. The 2 showers and 2 toilets were beneficial. The beds are highly comfortable. There is not a negative but the only improvement could be written directions for the microwave, washer, dryer and tv. There was a lot of verbal information upon check in, with our jet lagged brains and it would have been nice to have that affirmation in writing to confirm if what we could remember was correct.

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for 14 nights. The apartment is spacious and clean. Yohann is very responsive to questions. The location is convenient and close to restaurants, shopping, and metro. Wi-Fi works great. Washer and dryer were wonderful to have! The kitchen is stocked for dining and cooking, although we did not cook at all. We really appreciated the drip coffee pot, Dolce coffee machine [uses special pods], and microwave in the morning. As shown in the photos there are 3 bathrooms, one next to the kitchen with a toilet only, one with a shower, sink and washer and dryer, and one with a sink, shower, and toilet. Having a small toilet room with no sink is unique for Americans but seems to be common in Paris. The first bedroom has a leak in the ceiling from the apartment above that has obviously been there a long time, a bucket is on the floor to catch the water. Fortunately, the leak is not over the bed. There is a curving wooden set of wooden stairs leading to the 1st floor apartment – no elevator. The street is as described ‘active in the evenings’, the ladies of the night are mostly out in the day and early evening. We had no issues with safety.
