Bon séjour
Joli appartement avec une très belle vue , résidence très calme et à 10 minutes à pied du tram. Cependant il est difficile pour une personne âgée de descendre et monter de la résidence Jusqu’au tram à pied car il y a pas mal de dénivelé.

Merci pour votre appréciation .
Effectivement je confirme comme précisé sur le descriptif , l’appartement se situe en position dominante avec une double vue panoramique mer et montagnes .
Il est évident que dans ces conditions il existe un dénivelé pour rejoindre la station de TRAM Fabron en bord de mer.
Je comprends que cela peut bien entendu être difficile pour une personne âgée ou à mobilité réduite .
Cependant Je dois préciser qu’il existe un autre moyen de transport en commun juste au niveau du portail face au court de tennis ou se situe l’arrêt de bus ligne azur 6C et 87 .
Les passages sont fréquents tout les 10mn et permettent de rejoindre directement la station Magnan et la promenade.
C’est ce que nous utilisons particulièrement durant la periode estivale .

En un mot: Formidable, la Vue, l'emplacement, l'air conditionee... .
Notre sejour dans la propriete de Philippe etait formidable. L'emplacement ideal, le calme, la propriete de l'appartement, la Vue, la proximite des plages... Et l'air condition née dans le salon et la chambre.
