Quiet apartment in the heart of Rome. The exceptional location, surrounded by places most 'beautiful and significant of the capital: the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. Colosseum. Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini, Pantheon all within walking distance. Also shopping streets more 'exclusive of Rome around you and offer a myriad of Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Pubs and many other characteristic places of the capital. The underground station "Barberini" 150 meters, you can not 'have a better location to start discovering Rome. The apartment has a living room with a sofa and dining table, two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, a spacious kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and second bathroom with toilet (toilet and sink). The house is very bright and sunny is on the second floor of a building of 900. Completely renovated, central heating, air conditioning, all the plants under.
And it is really very quiet.

Nice and central

I was a bit worried about booking something with no reviews. It was well priced and central and had everything we wanted. I later found reviews on another website so wasn't too worried. And, we didn't need to be. The owner really makes sure you are looked after. The place was perfect, clean and extra touches like some breakfast provisions and wine were greatly appreciated.

Perfect Host

Delia is the most accommodating, friendly host I have ever experienced in Italy. I’ve rented many apartments while traveling and she has been the best host yet. The apartment has every amenity that you might desire and a great location. Delia left milk, butter, wine, fresh fruit, breakfast foods, tea and more for us. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is immaculately clean. I will stay again when I visit Rome. Thank you Delia! Kathy Lyons

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

This is a terrific apartment close to all the main attractions and transportation. I cannot say enough positive things about Delia and how wonderful she was before and during our stay. We'd somehow left a cell phone in the taxi from the airport and Delia was able to track it down for us, providing service above and beyond expectations. The snacks and beverages she had for us in the apartment were also a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Rome!
