私の家は、人気のミズナーパークから7ブロック、1から9マイル、FAUから1マイルにあります。 このスタジオと「Bright＆Light Modern Beachy Home」を含む2つのAirbnbsに分かれています。 それぞれに専用の駐車スペースがあり、スタジオには専用パティオがありますので、屋内と屋外の両方をお楽しみいただけます。 他のユニットは、庭の残りの部分にアクセスできます。 スタジオはもともと私が毎月仕事のためにそこに旅行していたときに私のために装飾されていたので、快適さのためにお金はspareしまれませんでした。 非常に快適な低反発マットレス、枕、素敵な家具があります。 大きさにもかかわらず、スタジオは非常に機能的で、調理して簡単な食事を楽しむスペースがあります。

Small Clean and efficient

Great room for one or two people. In for a graduation and it was perfect. Super comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Private parking pad was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

This studio is perfect for a solo trip or a travelling couple. The room is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and conveniently close to many destinations.

Our daughter goes to FAU and this property was in a perfect location! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was I didn't like the 10am checkout time. Most are 11am which is nice. You are also expected to wash your dishes and your only option is the bathroom sink, which is small and kind of a pain. Outside of those two items we really enjoyed our stay.

A cozy getaway!

This studio apartment is everything you see on the listing and more! It was my landing place between seeing friends and going to activities. This was a “unwinding” trip for me…two weeks. As I relaxed away from the crazy, hectic life at home in Boston, I found the apartment very comfy to just rest.Aleta and Aron were incredibly responsive to any questions I had.I highly recommend “A Cozy Getaway”!

Studio in Boca

This property was cute and convenient. We brought our bikes and we rode a few blocks to the downtown area, shopping and Mizner Park, which was all decorated for Christmas. We also rode to the beach which was only 1.9 miles down the rode!

The description and location of the property unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. For what I paid the facility was not worth the price I should have stayed in a hotel for a better shower and services.

great place in beatiful safe area.

my wife and I stayed here for 12 days and it was great. A police station is near by, along with a couple main plazas with plenty of resturants and shopping. Close to the beach too, place was as advertised and hosts were accomidating.

Perfect Location for what we needed this Christmas!

This little studio worked out perfectly for us in that my Mom lived a few blocks away so it gave us a place to retreat to at night, keeping the family from getting on each others nerves ;) The host was very hospitable and communicative. My only critique is for there to be white towels in the bathroom which can be cleaned with bleach vs the red ones there which did not give me complete comfort that they were clean. But on a final positive, it was great that there were separate beach towels to use since we forgot those. Thank you for a very memorable vacation!

Little Gem

This was my 3rd stay here. It is a perfect little place and has everything needed for a short vacation or work trip. Owner is great and very responsive. Place is clean and cozy.

Great stay!

I loved staying here for the last 10 days or so. It was definitely on the smaller side as previous reviews suggested but it was okay for just one person! The location can’t be beat. I had a couple small issues (nothing with the place itself) and communication was excellent! I really felt taken care of. Would definitely stay there again!!

I didn’t get to spend much time but the studio was as clean as possible. Disappointed that mosquitoes were rampant but aleta took care of all. Very happy.

Cute Studio

We stayed for a weekend for a wedding and knew were weren’t going to be at the house often so this was perfect. It worked great for the two of us, but you definitely need to like your travel partner..lol. It was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to every where we needed and the downtown area is close. Check in was very easy and our hosts were accessible.

My husband and I live in San Diego and we have a second home in South Florida that I purchased when I was commuting there for work . We love to travel including snowboarding trips, beach destination trips and especially trips outside the US.

We have been Airbnb hosts since 2015 and love being part of the sharing community. Little by little we've added more units. Our home in S. FL has been carved into 2 lovely units and we recently bought a duplex close to Mission Bay in Pacific Beach, San Diego that is also available to guests. We also bought a great condo with our close friends overlooking a surf break in Los Cabos, Mexico.

This is a really special property that has a sense of peace about it. Natural light streams through the windows and you can catch lovely sunsets. The private patio makes a huge difference and doubles the size of the studio. Enjoy a meal inside or outside or just relax and read a book.

The property is meticulously cared for by one of our neighbors who has extended family that lives in the surrounding streets. They have been there for 40 years and know everything there is to know about Boca.

I fell in love with this home when I was commuting to Boca Raton and was looking for a peaceful retreat that was also very centrally located. It's just a few blocks from all the action located in Mizner Park and FAU but when you're there, you feel tucked away from it all.

I initially decided to buy a home because my back was really bothering me from the long flights and the weeks spent in random hotel beds. So I invested in memory foam mattresses and quality pillows along with black-out window treatments. So you're sure to get a great night's sleep, which can make (or break) a trip.

We look forward to becoming your home-away-from-home in South Florida!
