Open floor plan of kitchen, dining and living areas makes the space great for family togetherness and entertaining. Plenty of room for everyone at the dining table.

Perfect location: approximately 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico and a 2 minute walk to Santa Rosa Sound, (look for Baby Beach), where the calm waters are perfect for the little ones as well as paddle boarding, kayaking, or just floating.

There is a stop (#32) for the free trolley right around the corner near the fire station at Avenida 17 that will take you to all of the beach bars, restaurants, shopping, and boardwalk. It runs Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a private bath, each of the other 2 bedrooms has a Queen over Queen bunk bed. These, however, are not the only places for people to sleep! There is also a full sized futon in the loft area and an overstuffed chair with pullout twin bed to sleep additional guests, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 12! We also include a Pack n Play and highchair and booster seat for little ones. Linens provided for all beds and plenty of towels for all guests. This home has 2 bathrooms and a great outdoor shower.

The kitchen is well stocked with staples: flour, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil & spray, spices, coffee, tea bags, k-cups, & syrup. In addition, all the essentials for fixing and eating meals: cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. There's even a big stock pot for shrimp or mudbug boils. Plastic wrap and foil, pods for the dishwasher, and dish soap provided as well.
There's also a BBQ grill on the back deck for outdoor cooking.
Other essentials provided: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soaps, plus laundry pods, and a variety of cleaning supplies.

The bedrooms and the living room all have TVs with broadcast antenna for local stations as well as YouTubeTV and Netflix, or sign on to your own streaming services.

There are two large decks for outside fun, along with a huge yard. The yard is equipped with a Bucket Ball court (think beer pong only bigger!), Tiki Toss (ring on a string) and giant Jenga.

If the weather doesn't allow for outdoor activities we have board games and puzzles to keep you busy inside.

For the short walks to the beach, you’ll find a beach wagon, beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella, plus plenty of beach towels.
