Authentic, Florida Cottage Just Steps from Everything! Pet Friendly!

The lush landscaping around this ground level Florida cottage creates a tropical retreat. The fenced back yard is a private space perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. A few short steps up to the roof top deck gives you access to both Gulf and Sound views. The Sound is less than one block to the north and the Gulf front beach is a five-minute walk to the south. There is even a firepit for guest use!

The interior of the home is delightful. The master suite has a king bed, private master bath and access to the back deck. The kitchen, dining and living areas are located in the center of the home. There are three additional bedrooms which share a bath with the living area. Two of these bedrooms have single queen beds and the third has a twin over full bunk bed. This is an ideal home for a family of eight, for two couples and a few children, or even for four couples. This home virtually shouts relax and enjoy.

Relaxing large home with a great back yard.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the home was a little dusty but I only noticed bc I have chronic asthma. The mattresses could be updated. But everything went fine and we would stay again. The back yard is amazing! Good for dogs and pets!

The house was extremely clean and had all the necessary supplies. The backyard was perfect for our dog and we enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the patio. The beach is a short walk or an very quick golf cart ride and it wasn't crowded at all. I would definitely rent this house again!

A very nice property....

The only suggestions would be to put door on master bedroom for privacy and add a couple of chaise lounge chairs to the backyard to soak up the sun!

Great location, comfortable and roomy property. Suggest periodic emptying of ice maker, it was frozen over and ice dispenser not working and moisture collecting around door and on floor. I finally got it loose and emptied it and that seemed to resolve problems.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s in a good location but the house needs a lot of upkeep. It’s not as nice as the photos suggest. The blankets and sofa also weren’t very clean (dog hair and trash in the sofa cushions). The biggest plus was the fenced in yard which we needed for our dogs. They also failed to mention that construction was going on directly across the street where beach access was. Not cool. It was noisy and unpleasant. That should’ve been disclosed. Price was too high for what you get.

Excellent location but Property needs detail cleaning

We loved the location of this property - close to the beach and the restaurants. However, the inside of the property was clean enough for us to tolerate but we disinfect the surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms before we settled in. The floors were not clean and my wife found dog hair on one of the mattress covers - we washed the bed sheets for that bed. The refrigerator had a foul smell to it. As for the outside, the landscaping looked great but the exterior of the property including the deck needs some work. If we received assurances that the property will undergo a deep detail cleaning on the inside and the outside issue will be remediated, then we might stay here again.

Close to the beach

This property is amazing! The decor has a beach vibe. It truly feels like a beach cottage. Easy access to Pensacola Beach, just walk across the street and a block down and you are there. Easily walk into town as well for morning breakfast or to do a little shopping. In the summer a trolley stop is a few blocks away. We were there for the Blue Angels homecoming show. The elevated patio was a perfect spot to watch the action. The Blue Angels flew right over our heads! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Beach toys are provided for the little ones. Plenty of outdoor setting for a family bbq. The management was very friendly. I would rent this house again.

The post-Covid crowds did not deter our crew from enjoying the beach, restaurants and walks along the n’hood of homes. Beautiful new accommodations that speak to the surroundings and excitement of being there......and the attention to detail following Hurricane Sally last Fall. ❤️
