Located in the Gold Coast of Ocean City, NJ. This 2nd floor home offers master bedroom with King bed, 2 Queen bedrooms and four single bunk style beds. Rear decks off the two master bedrooms and a large front deck facing the beach. Large rooftop deck with new patio furniture to enjoy unobstructed water views and sunsets during those summer nights. This home is only a short walk to the beach. Close to the beach, without those beach block prices. Beach tags will be provided for use during your stay.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set Thermostat to 78 degress. Close all exterior doors and windows and make sure they are locked. Run and empty dishwasher. Close and secure umbrella on front deck. Put away all outdoor cushions.
Stack the chairs on the back deck. Empty Refrigerator and pantry of all your personal items.
Leave all beach tags (10) and keys on the table in the foyer. Any tags/keys not returned will accrue a $50.00 charge per tag/key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean City. The home was lovely, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook at home, wonderful indoor and outdoor space, and a close walk to the most beautiful beach!

Great home, great host

Great, responsive communication throughout from our host. The home was clean and roomy and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again, these are the type of hosts that make it a worthwhile and no-hassle stay.

Clean and bright

Clean, bright and well furnished unit. We enjoyed our stay. However, the barking dogs in unit below were annoying at times. Twin beds were made for the under 18 age group. Would be perfect for young family.

We love Ocean City

We have always stayed at the southern most part of Ocean City but have no regrets staying in this neighborhood. The house was very clean, check in was a breeze, and the owners were very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to many things - the 34th St park, the baseball fields, Wawa, Acme, Hoy's, Dot's, and a new favorite of ours the Churn House. There were bikes, beach chairs, and a nice beach cart. My only concern was the distance to the beach but it proved to be no problem for my 3 year old. It was a great stay.

Incredible beach house

We loved our recent stay at this property. We had our 1 year old and 2 year old with us and the property was very well prepared for children of this age (baby gates, a pack and play, child safe cabinets and other and other safe features, etc.). The home is incredibly clean, cozy and well stocked; we loved the decor so much we ended up borrowing some of the decorating ideas for our own home! The owners are very responsive and friendly. If we had any questions they would get back to us extremely quickly. We really can’t say enough about this property and the owners. We would highly recommend this property to others!

Nostalgic getaway

Wonderful location to stay with our family. My husband and I grew up in the area and were familiar with Ocean City but have since moved and were looking forward to sharing a piece of our childhood with our small children. House was well-equipped for our week stay. We hadn't initially realized we needed to bring linens but were able to pick some up from family on our way down. We really enjoying the multiple deck options for outdoor dining/lounging. Loved the availability of bikes and a wagon for the beach.

Bright, Quiet, Well-equipped Oasis

This home was lovely, and the owners were the most responsive communicators from whom we've rented in the past decade. The kitchen was beautiful and very well equipped, and the garage was filled with enough beach chairs for at least 8 people (maybe more!). The beach cart was a welcome surprise! The living room was bigger than the photos suggest, and there was a rug, which added a cozy touch. The house is about a 7-minute walk from the beach, and the area is very quiet, which we appreciated. We also really appreciated that every bedroom (except the kids' room) had nightstands and reading lights, which are often missing from beach houses! There were lots of outdoor areas to relax (front porch with a table and chairs, back deck with chairs, and roof deck with couches, chairs, and a low coffee-style table). The front deck and roof deck get strong morning light and don't have any shade, but we enjoyed those spaces either prior to 8am or in the evening. (A couple of the bedrooms were also pretty bright in the morning, even with closed curtains. Any light-sensitive late sleepers might want to bring an eye mask). Although we have been renting in Ocean City for several years, this was our first time staying on the Gold Coast, and it was lovely. Also very convenient being close to Acme and CVS! All in all, we had a terrific stay and the owners were great!

Beautiful home in Ocean City!

This home is beautiful, clean and in an excellent location. The decks offer relaxing spots for meals and watching the sunrise and sunset. Walking distance to the beach, ice cream shops, Acme, CVS and Dot's Bakery. (Where you will find delicious sticky buns and donuts!) The hosts are kind and easy to comunicate with. I am definitely planning to return!

A++ Accommodations!

This is an awesome rental property! Very close to the Garden State Parkway and once on the island only a few short blocks to the home. Location is super convenient and within walking distance to Acme, CVS, Wawa and Beach. The home was spotless and provided all the necessary amenities and then some! So nice to rent a beach property that includes beach tags! Rooftop deck provided great views of both the sunrise and sunsets. We are a family of 7 and the four bedrooms were perfect as were two full bathrooms. Loved the 2 dedicated parking spaces (one in garage and one outside of garage). On street parking for our other car was always available. We didn't have time to use the onsite gas grill but that is also a great option! Fantastic kitchen with all you need. Was super nice to leave our favorite pots and pans home as the kitchen was nicely stocked. Owners were available via email and super accommodating from the start. Highly recommended for your Ocean City vacation!!

Wonderful stay

The property looks exactly how it does in the pictures. Beautiful home, and only about a 7 minute walk to the beach. The Perfect beach house

Everything was great it was beautiful and so clean. The owners were so sweet to work with and we really enjoyed our stay it was very comfortable for 10 people and we would definitely rent this house again .
