Bienvenido a Paradiso Villa, donde los estilos rústico y lujoso se combinan perfectamente. Ubicado en la hermosa comunidad cerrada de Caribe en Miramar Beach. Este distinguido vecindario tiene una puerta de guardia, fuentes, canchas de tenis, dos piscinas comunitarias, un lago relajante y solo un paseo por las hermosas playas de arena azucarada de la Costa Esmeralda

Al ingresar a la elegante Gran Sala, está abierta con techos altos con vigas y múltiples puertas francesas que brindan acceso a la paz y tranquilidad de su propia piscina privada. La cocina gourmet tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera línea y todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas para su familia. El bello arte y los cómodos muebles te hacen sentir relajado y, si eso no es suficiente, tienes tu propia piscina privada con patio y parrilla.

Esta espaciosa villa cuenta con cinco (5) dormitorios y 4-1 / 2 baños. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el primer piso a través de un pasillo de la cocina gourmet. Cuenta con una cama king size con ducha doble de mármol blanco y negro y una bañera para relajarse. En el segundo piso hay tres dormitorios, dos tienen camas queen y uno tiene dos gemelos y también hay dos baños.
El quinto dormitorio y baño se encuentran en el anexo adyacente, junto a la piscina y ofrece una cama queen size y baño completo.

Según las Reglas de la HOA, esta casa solo permite que ocho (8) personas pasen la noche y solo permite reservas semanales.

Toldos y carpas no están permitidos en la playa. Las sombrillas de playa se pueden alquilar a través de White Diamond Beach Services 850-226-1850, el servicio de playa en el lugar.

wonderful property!

Wonderful property! I felt like I was in paradise for my vacation. Highlights include the private pool, the soaking tub, and the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was beautiful inside and out. The location was perfect - a short (5 min) walk to the private beach inside a quiet and lovely gated subdivision. The private beach made such a difference - even though it was the busy season, we felt like we had the ocean practically to ourselves. The pool was amazing - dark bottom/lining made the water perfectly warm, and it is very large with enough room for a family to play in. The house itself is very charming, and we loved the open layout with separate/private feeling bedrooms in the main house, and the separate pool guest house was perfect for a high school or college kid. We will book this house again, 100%!

All We Hoped It Would Be

We have been staying in Caribe every year for 15 years and have admired this house from our walks every year. After such a long build up, we couldn't believe how perfect this house was. Open floor plan gave together time while I cooked, a beautiful master bath, gorgeous pool and outdoor areas, amazing sunrises through the front windows. All you could want in a luxury stay. Zee, the property mgr was attentive and kind.

Beautiful home in great location

The house is large enough for 7 adults and 1 child. The pool is wonderful. We enjoyed cooking breakfast on the Viking stove. The beach is in walking distance and we rented an umbrella and chairs. We had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed immensely!!

We had a fantastic experience! This property was perfect for our family! There were a few tiny glitches that I will not rate down for because the property manager was extremely responsive- both in timeliness and resolution! The pool was amazing and we were walking distance to the beach. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood was wonderful!

Great location, beautiful house

We stayed here for a week, wish we would have stayed longer but it wasn’t available. Great location, short walk to the beach, pool was great. Zee, the property manager was amazing!!!! She replied to any messages immediately! The house was beautiful and had such charm. We would stay here again. Thanks!!!

amazing property horrible VRBO experience

We loved the property and the manager was super helpful! Would stay at this property again just not if it is through VRBO. We found this property after our initial booking was cancelled a week before our trip and no reason or help was offered from VRBO despite that guarantee we paid for! So grateful we found this property at the last minute when we were left without a property by VRBO.

Great Stay

Check in was incredibly easy. The property manager was so nice! The house was great. It was very clean. Very. We had enough towels and we had zero issues. The neighborhood is amazing. The pool was so warm. It had a dark bottom which helps naturally warm the water. I hate cold pools lol. We enjoyed this one. If you stay, just be sure to bring footwear to wear by the pool, because the slate can get very hot from the sun. I would recommend this olace to anyone.

Excellent Vacation

My husband and I took 6 high school graduates down to the beach to celebrate. This was the perfect house for our group! The house was very large, so we could all spread out. It is located in a beautiful quiet gated community with an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in! I especially liked that there were 2 refrigerators. The private courtyard pool was amazing! We spent more time there than on the beach. We rent through VRBO at least twice a year, and this property management company was the best we have every dealt with! They were in communication whenever we had questions. Excellent customer service! We would definitely rent this property again!

DO NOT STAY HERE

I feel obligated to tell/warn others trying to have a good vacation, DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a weeks vacation for our family of 4, including 2 small children, and could not get out of here fast enough. After our first night, we searched endlessly for somewhere else to go. Finally after our 3rd night, we thankfully found an opening somewhere else. To sum it up shortly, almost everything in the house was broken or did not work properly, all the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, the house looked and smelled as if it had never been cleaned, the curtains were so old that they were dry rotted, none of the fireplaces worked, grill did not work, just to name a few. This place should not be rented to anyone until many, many, many repairs are made!

Fantastic Property with a Great Location

This property is right in the middle of everything going on in Sandestin. But as soon as you pass the gates there is a quite calm to the neighborhood. Nothing is cookie cutter but there is a nice theme to the entire neighborhood. The walk to the beach is pleasant, the open floor plan is great for entertaining, the pool is private and large. The only negative is the clothes dryer and pool heater.

Gorgeous pool, wonderful neighborhood

We had a wonderful family vacation in the Caribe neighborhood! The rental agency and owner were so easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. We cannot stress enough how beautiful the pool is and the neighborhood is so charming and quaint. The home is exactly as you see it in the pics and accurately described. It is not your typical “beachy” rental, but is very beautiful just the same. Short walk to the beach and renting chairs and umbrellas through Diamond rentals was a breeze. Truly a beautiful rental and made for an unforgettable trip!

Cockroaches everywhere in the house!!!! Not clean, and property management took $650 for no reason!

Be aware of your damage deposit and the cockroaches!!!! We have found dead bugs under beds, and cockroaches in large numbers inside the house, and on the porch from day 1. By day 3 when everyone in the family was grossed out staying there and afraid to go to bed, I called the management company to send pest control out. The pest control person acknowledged the large number of bugs and said "welcome to Florida". My children wanted to leave as these cockroaches were in their bedrooms, and on the stairs, outside, and in the kitchen. We also saw a lizard on the stairs to the bedrooms. In addition, the home is very dated, not kept up, and wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. There was also a snake outside of the master bedroom door in the back. The 2nd floor shower was leaking water from the 2nd floor onto the living room ceiling. The management company called someone out who said they would have to rip the shower out. They asked us not to use that bathroom which made it very inconvenient. After our stay on top of all this: Property management lied and accused us with various claims in order to deduct $650! They said "I stole a night lamp and put it in my luggage", so they had to spend $400 on 2 night lamps. The only issue we caused was 1 wobbly night lamp was pulled down by my 1year old niece who had to be rushed to the emergency room because it cut her face and ear in many places. They said the pest control person said that "we invited the cockroaches in" which the man did not say. The property management also said "we caused the shower leak" even though he texted during our stay that they won't be able to fix it because they have to rip the shower out. After I realized they arbitrarily took $650 from our damage deposit, the property management person said "I am not going to argue with you", refused to answer any of my calls, and said the owner spent $400 on 2 night lamps but refused to send or show any evidence of anything he accused us of. We regret this experience and very frustrated that $650 was taken without just cause or proof or wrong doing. We left the house as clean as we found it. Both the issues we complained about during our stay was turned against us in order for them to give a false reason for taking $650 from us.

Beautiful house!

The property was just as expected and easily fit my family of 8. The pool was heated and beautiful and the neighborhood was a short walk to the beach. The property owners were responsive Immediately about even the smallest questions.

Family vacation

This house is beautiful, well equipped with a great layout. Perfect place to gather together with all the outside seating. The pool - absolutely beautiful! This year it was important to find a place where we would enjoy staying in more as dining out during COVID times is more difficult. This home and area did not disappoint! Zee was great to work with and the home couldn’t have been a better choice!

Pool is the star of the show...

We had a lovely time. House is a large Italian villa style with master on main and away from rest of bedrooms (great for large family). There are three refrigerators which made it great for storing drinks and frozen treats. The pool is just the star of this show - beautiful, large, well appointed. Zee could not have been more responsive. The appliances are “rental quality” but the stove and oven are Viking and fun to cook on. The street and community are nice and quiet even though it’s very close to outlets etc. Overall great trip and four teenage girls loved it!
