Maravilla è una comunità recintata di 33 acri situata direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto ai suoi due ettari e mezzo di spiaggia privata e incontaminata. Maravilla è un meraviglioso resort con ospiti che tornano anno dopo anno.  Con terreni adatti alle famiglie e una vacanza a Destin che non infrangerà la banca, gli ospiti adorano la comoda posizione (a metà strada tra Destin Commons e Silver Sands Outlet) con un punto di accesso da HWY 98 e Scenic Gulf Drive.

Questo condominio con due camere da letto si trova al primo piano dell'edificio 2! Questa unità è quasi direttamente di fronte all'ingresso della spiaggia ed è incredibilmente comoda. Questa è una delle nostre tante unità da letto Maravilla 2, controlla le nostre altre inserzioni su VRBO e Homeaway per altre opzioni. L'unità offre la connessione internet Wi-Fi / ad alta velocità gratuita, una grande TV a schermo piatto, una master suite privata con letto king-size e bagno completo adiacente, cucina completa, bar per la colazione e ampio soggiorno con divano letto queen-size.

La seconda camera ha una cuccetta inferiore con un letto completo e una cuccetta superiore con un letto singolo. Questa unità è perfetta per una famiglia con bambini.

Abbiamo 2 sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone nel condominio per il vostro uso.

Goditi il servizio spiaggia di 2 sedie e un ombrellone durante la stagione. Tipicamente 8 marzo-31 ottobre

Maravilla ha due piscine (una riscaldata con idromassaggio), due campi da tennis, shuffleboard, barbecue, club house, sala giochi e palestra ... tutto per il tuo divertimento! Sei a pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti ea breve distanza in auto dal centro commerciale Silver Sands, dal centro commerciale Destin Commons e dal parco acquatico Big Kahunas.

Nota: tutte le nostre proprietà richiedono un soggiorno da sabato a sabato durante la primavera estate e l'autunno a meno che non sia disponibile la disponibilità dell'ultimo minuto.

The Best!

This place was clean and had updated bathrooms and kitchen. It is in a perfect spot right across from the beach and was great size for our family of four. Loved it and would book again!

Great Location & Spotless

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was incomparable, the beach access was so convenient and on the first floor! Host was responsive. Walking distance to Pompano Joe’s as well. Beach chair/umbrella guys were attentive and organized, deserving of a good tip. Wonderful stay & will most definitely be back!

Our stay was amazing! Being so close to the walk path to the beach was great. The condo was modern and updated. It felt like home for a week! We loved our time here and will definitely book again! We only stay at Maravilla and this is one our favorites.

Perfect location

The location is perfect for access to the pool and beach. Literally wake up and walk across the street to the beach with your coffee and enjoy the view. The place is comfortable for 4. The 2nd bedroom is small but there is plenty of drawer space throughout the condo. The beach service those guys were on it. Not sure why people complain about the horseshoe set up. It is nice to have the open area to feel private with other Maravilla guests and you can move your chairs. Honestly was not disappointed in anyway. The staff assisting me with the rental was quick to respond with any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

Location is excellent. Great beach access.

We stayed a full week. The location was perfect. The upstairs neighbors opening the sliding door sounded like thunder, but once we knew what it was it didn’t bother us. Everything worked well. We discovered using warm or cold water in the washing machine worked better and filled the washer tub better but the laundry worked great. Parking is not reserved but we rarely had trouble finding a spot that wasn’t right in front the room. Finishing are beautiful. It was very welcoming and well kept. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing Location

Great rental!! Perfect location for getting to the grocery store, shopping, and of course the beach. Clean property, had everything we needed. Will save this rental for future vacations!

Clean, updated and close walk to beach

The condo was very well maintained. Spacious and updated. It was nice to bring our dog. The grassy area out the back patio was nice. The only thing I was disappointed with was the beach service. The way they set up the chairs and umbrellas are in a “U” pattern and that puts you looking at people and not close to the water. Your view is obstructed. My husband had to be down to the beach around 6:30am just to get chairs close to the water and that process took over an hour. We’ve stayed at other resorts and all the chairs are lined up in a row on the edge of the beach facing water with unobstructed views and your chairs are the same every day with your name on it. Don’t have to get up at 6am on vacation to reserve. I know that had nothing to do with the condo but for people that like to look at the water instead of other people and their things, just a heads up.

Vacation get away.

Very clean and comfortable property. Great access to the beach . Queen bedroom is tight . Plenty of storage outside of room. Master bedroom good size . We really enjoyed our stay. That’s for being pet friendly. Our pets enjoyed it too. Owners are easily reached.

Great spring break!

This unit was literally steps away from the beach, and was great coming and going with us being on the ground level. The inside was nice with all the usual amenities. Master bedroom was spacious and had a great view. Second bedroom was small with little walkways on either side of the bed, would be good for small kids. Overall I would highly recommend this unit!

Great Place and a Great Time

We, my son and I, were able to bring our four legged family members with us thanks to the host of this beautiful property. Everything was clean and perfect. Linens and towels were provided as well as everything you need in the kitchen. Communication was always available between us and the host and they made sure we did not need anything, and if we did they said they would take care of it for us. They were also very responsive, no waiting around to hear back from them. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. I can not wait to come back!

Very close to the beach

We had a great time during our stay! We spend a lot of the time at the beach. We loved that we were so close to be able to walk back at anytime to grab things from the condo. The condo was very clean inside and out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This condo was perfect for my husband, daughter, son n law and my daughters fur baby. The community was very pet and family oriented. The beach was just right across the street. The condo was also in walking distance of several restaurants.

Beautiful vacay!

This was our second stay at the Maravilla condos. We arrived and the condo was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The pool was mere steps from the unit and the beach path was just across the street. We loved every moment and hope to return next summer! We also brought our fur baby and we were very pleased that everyone else picked up after their pets as well.
