This studio apartment is outstanding! The location is excellent! The hosts were pleasant and responsive. We raised our children in Chagrin Falls and love to stay in town when we visit friends there.

One of the very best vacation rentals in which I have stayed! The upstairs unit was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the Village of Chargin Falls - bakery downstairs and an ice cream shop and Starbucks on same block. The appliances, fixtures, furnishings and supplies were top of the line. Seemed a bit expensive for my needs when I booked it, but no regrets - it was worth every penny. Perfect spot for a couple or single person to stay in Chagrin Falls - and close enough for easy drive to Cleveland for its attractions.

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in. Perfect location, fairly represented (actually thought it was better than presented), friendly and easy interaction with owner, clean and reasonable price.

The pictures don’t do justice to this gorgeous, spacious, wonderfully situated studio apartment. I stayed there for two nights during a hectic week-end and it was absolutely the perfect haven to return to every day. I could happily spend a week there. The only downside: the apartment gave me kitchen envy!!!

Excellent location in the heart of Chagrin Falls! Very very nice inside. And right above Starbucks, Jenni’s ice cream and a bakery. We loved everything about our stay here.

Wow! Don’t even bother looking at other properties for Chagrin Falls. This is above and beyond fantastic! The pictures don’t do it justice honestly. And it is bigger than it looks in pictures. Very spacious and so comfortable. This is a luxurious stay at a very reasonable cost and the location could not possibly be better. Everything is within walking distance and the shopping and restaurants are outstanding. Check and check out were a total breeze. (Really nothing to it.) The owner was immediately responsive to all of our questions and also provided wonderful local recommendations. The property is superb in every way. The falls are visible from the living room and the attention to detail on this property is just so phenomenal. We stayed for two nights and had such a great time. Cannot recommend this enough really. If we ever get back to Chagrin Falls we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Thank you!

Chagrin Falls is a gem of a small town. This property is close to everything. Rachel is thorough, and quick to get back to you. The decor is wonderful. The bed is comfortable. It’s quiet. There’s a picture in the listing showing the steps up to the apartment. Be aware they are steep and the rise of each step is high. There’s a very sturdy railing to hold on to. I highly recommend this place.

The Best of Chagrin Falls

Perfect location! Perfect accommodations! Steps from the beautiful downtown waterfalls, historic shops, and restaurants! Safe, quiet, and all of the amenities, including a chef’s kitchen, washer and dryer, and beautiful brick walls and hardwood floors make this the must stay location when visiting Chagrin Falls!

Literally next to coffee, ice cream and popcorn…who could want more? Perfectly located in the heart of Chagrin Falls, but also included a private, quiet retreat in the beautifully renovated historic building right on the Falls! The hosts were responsive and welcoming, and are truly gifted at creating a unique and peaceful vacation experience. Thank you!

Great Option

Very well done studio unit in the central part of the village. Great for an individual couple or maybe a small family with young children. Very unique for Chagrin.

Great Studio in the middle of Town

This was my second time staying here. I love the location. It is a huge studio with a murphy bed and a pullout couch. I haven't used the kitchen, but it is gorgeous! Lots of modern appliances. Plenty of room to relax and very quiet.
