Ces deux villas de luxe de 4600 pieds carrés sont à quelques pas de la plage avec un hébergement propre et confortable pour un séjour relaxant. Grands choix pour des vacances en famille et pour des forfaits de golf, chaque villa est richement aménagée avec une cuisine gastronomique bien équipée, un coin repas pour 20 personnes, une salle de jeux, une piscine privée, un ascenseur et le WIFI.

IDÉAL POUR LES RÉUNIONS et les groupes, les villas peuvent être louées ensemble et connectées via des portes de verrouillage sécurisées pour accueillir jusqu'à 40 personnes. Si la Villa A n'est pas disponible ou si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace, essayez la Villa B ou la Villa C.

DORMANT JUSQU'À 21 ANS, la literie de l'Atlantic Breeze Villa A comprend 7 chambres avec 1 lit king / lit balançoire chacune, 1 chambre avec 2 lits king / balançoires et 2 canapés-lits (1Q, 1S) dans les pièces à vivre. Les lits king / swing peuvent être divisés en deux longs lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bain complète dans la zone commune au premier étage.

Nice rental

Great location, just a two minute walk to the beach. Huge house with plenty of space for our family trip of 8 adults and two kids. Pool is small but was perfect for cooling off and fun games.

Very Satisfied

The property location was excellent!!! The setup of the house, wasn't totally how we thought the setup was (accordingto the pictures), but everything worked out & we enjoyed our stay. The gameroom was the bomb. Everyone enjoy it. I haven't played Pac-Man in years (lol)... I had fun showing off my skills When we arrived we had a problem with the TV's on the 4th level. None of them were working. We put in a call to the property manager & they sent someone out quickly to resolve our issues. Proud to say the tv issue was resolved. The one negative thing, if there was one would be the parking situation. It's not clear where Villa A's parking spaces are opposed to Villa B's parking. It would be nice to have designated signs up stating where each Villa's parking spaces are. This would help with any confusion among renters. Oveall, we recommend Alantic Breeze Villa to anyone that's looking somewhere nice to stay that's right across the street from the beach. We pray if you choose this location, that your stay is as good as ours was.

Lovely just need some tweaks

I would recommend this property to anyone but there we’re some issues that needs to be resolved before they decide to rent out again they need to improve on their wifi and tv connections on three and forth floor bedrooms and game room need new pool cues and there we’re several chairs from the kitchen table and bar area that’s needs to be replaced if those items were to be replaced and repaired these would need the ideal family vacation home

Family weekend at the beach!

The space was wonderful.. when we got there none of the TVs worked. Since we are a sports family it was important to us to be able to see the playoff games. You were VERY diligent in handling this problem but it took from Thursday to Saturday lunchtime. We were satisfied with the outcome and feel you did all that you could have done. My only complaint was that there was not enough flatware for the family to eat. There were only 7 forks on site and they were so cheap that they would bend. That needs to be upgraded. If you know there are that many people staying there have enough eating utensils. We plan on going back ext year bit will look around at some other similar sites before we make our decision. Exactly what we were looking for.

The vacations was a huge success due to the location and the amenities of the rental. Beach access was directly across the street. We loved being in North Myrtle Beach since it was quiet and the beach was never busy. The game room was a huge hit with the whole family. There was a leaky faucet when we arrived and water on the kitchen floor. We turned off the valve to the sink and called maintenance. It was fixed within 24 hours. Excellent service and the maintenance man was super friendly and did a wonderful job. Stunning view of the ocean from the top floor and the rooms were really nice. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room and used it after a lot of walking. The elevator was very convenient when getting bags up and down the floors. Large TV's everywhere so we could have movies in one room and gaming systems in another. Perfect place for such a large group.

50th Anniversary Family Vacation

Location across from beach in a residential neighborhood was perfect for our group. Having a pool was also a huge plus. The number of bedrooms & bathrooms and size of the kitchen/dining area was just right for our group of 16. The game room kept the kids occupied everyday and the family room with a big screen TV was great for watching the Olympics. Everything was clean and pool water was clear. The elevator came in handy for many occasions and there was adequate off-street parking for 7 vehicles. The only minor negatives were: a shortage of forks & plates, some of the bedroom TVs were not working properly, and a hair dryer was missing in the master bath. The property manager responded quickly to our requests during the week. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Practical, but poor property management

The property was practical for a large family. The property was poorly maintained, not clean and inadequately served. The property had lightbulbs that did not work, poor wifi that did not work in the rooms on the back half of the property, broken lawn chairs at the pool, a broken patio door handle, window blinds that did not work and a leak in the ceiling. We called to have the leak fixed, with no response from the property manager. We were pleased with the location and size of the property, but very disappointed in the management of the property. Attention to detail is missing!!!

The place was great! Plenty of room for our family. The only downside was there was a leak in the kitchen/dining room ceiling and the porch door off of the dining area had a broken handle

Big House, Lots of Space, Tiny Pool

Our family enjoyed our stay at his property. The game room was great for the kids and the adults to enjoy! The elevator is very small, but super helpful for getting luggage & groceries on the upper floors. The house wasn’t super clean when we got there; there were still piles of sand on areas of the carpet & the kitchen floor wasn’t very clean; we found a few peanuts under one of the comforters on the mattress in the room with the 2 king beds; We had to call several times for our linens to be delivered and some of the white towels had black spots on them and some sheets had unidentifiable stains. I would definitely take our own linens if we stayed there again. The pool was small, but the kids really enjoyed it! And it was only a very short walk across the street to the beach access, which was very convenient. Overall, we would probably stay here again!
