Dette rummelige hundevenlige strandhus er perfekt til store familier og grupper, fra den lukkede gård til de to fulde køkkener (ovenpå og nedenunder). Det har et privat poolbord, gasgrill og balkon. Gæster kan endda høre bølgerne styrte ned fra huset.

Hvad er der i nærheden:
Adgang til stranden er en blok væk, i den vestlige ende af Willow Street. Fishing Rock State rekreationssted ligger lige under en kilometer fra huset mod syd. Denne skjulte perle tilbyder spektakulær udsigt kun en kort vandretur fra indgangen, hvor du kan se hvaler tæt på kysten. Fogarty Creek State rekreative område er lidt over en fire kilometer kørsel, hvor gæsterne vil finde yderligere offentlig adgang til stranden. Depoe Bay ligger tre og en halv mil mod syd, hvor gæsterne finder restauranter, sejleselskaber med mere.

Conveniently located.

This place was in a great spot to explore the coast. Lots of things within short distance to this VRBO!

Pristine Pearl not so pristine.

Location is great. Disappointed with the upkeep of this property. Cabinet fronts in the kitchen and bathroom were not attached correctly. One toilet couldn’t be used because walls are too close. Bedside lighting inadequate. Pictures from website were deceiving.

We love staying at the Pristine Pearl. This was our 2nd year at this home away from home. We LOVE the location of the beach - just a short jaunt down the road where you will find the softest sand and the gorgous ocean! The kitchen is fully stocked and our week there was happy and full of great memories. Great movie selection and lots to do with an xbox, pool table, sand toys, etc.! There were so many fun places to visit close to this house. 5 min. to Depoe Bay for fun shops & whale watching, 20 min. to Newport for a Walmart or visiting a lighthouse and Cobble Beach! 1 hr. 20 min. away from Tillamook to tour the factory and try yummy dairy foods. Our favorite day was just spending time playing at the beach just down the road. There is no parking lot by this beach - so it is pretty private and mostly accessed by those people staying in houses around. Loved it!Only down-side was the washing machine had some issues. Talking with Vacasa was frustrating but once we were put through to the property manager he was super helpful and we were able to figure out a solution. Loved our stay and definitely thinking about coming back another year!

We had a wonderful stay at Pristine Pearl. The house is beautiful, especially upstairs with a view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Dog friendly house

For people who travel with dogs, this is a great place. The fenced yard is big and well fenced. The beach is close by for dog walks. It was also a great house for the large number of people we were with. I think they need a new management company that is not so annoying.

Perfect for our family trip

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! (Except a grill spatula which we bought and left behind for others) Perfect location to the beach, and a nice little ocean view from the kitchen/living room. Kids loved the pool table, board games and bunk beds!

Thanksgiving

This place could definitely use some TLC, and more dishes for baking. That being said, it was the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The upstairs is very large and open, was great for gathering. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Roller Derby team reunion

Location was great, 30 second walk to the beach. House was big enough with plenty of beds to accommodate our group of 12. Beds were comfy. Only small problems: not enough coffee cups, tiles missing in kitchen, washer & dryer didnt work very well.

Birthday celebration

Overall this house so much space it’s crazy but the house is very nice with a lot of movies to watch and board games me and my friends really enjoyed watching some throw back movies also we loved that it was super close to a market with groceries and walking distance to the beach

Beach house stay

We rented this beach house for a celebration of friendship and the birth of a new baby vacation…Location was wonderful, house layout was wonderful, big yard, love that it had two kitchens, and the location of the store for those of us that forget things :) Only complaint I could make was the overflowing trash can from the residents that stayed the nights prior, spit can that was found, broken flooring, and dog hair… We are thankful for the time and memories made on this vacation and are thankful to the home owners for letting us rent their house to make these special memories.

Vacationing at the Pristine Pearl

Loved this home. It was a super short (couple minutes) walk to a beautiful sandy beach and visiting the ocean at any time of the day/night. We loved visiting the beach often while we were there. The home was clean and beautiful - decorated in blues and browns to match the ocean/beach feel. We enjoyed the great movie selection, TVs, and pool table. All 10 of us felt like we had room to be comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was super well stocked from plenty of pots and pans/utensils to a pizza cutter and even an instant pot. We enjoyed the guest book in the home which told us about the owners and shared some of their favorite things in the area. We would have extended our stay if possible, however, another guest was checking in so home we went - happy to have visited and hoping to return.

Family get together

The location to the beach is great. We enjoyed our family gathering. The upstairs view is great. However, This house is in need of some repairs. Housekeeping needs to clean under the couches and not just the surface areas. Not enough towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. The pull couches have crumbs on the mattress and some light bulbs were out.

Great location but…

This house has a great location but the house was very dirty when we arrived. Cooking utensils had food still on them, the floor had lots of sand sticky stuff in the kitchen, the bunk beds had sand in them. It’s a shame because everyone had a lot of fun but the cleaning crew did not do a good job and it put a little bit of a damper on the beginning of our stay at the coast. Sorry for the negative review of a house that has lots of potential.

Good vacation

The open airy feeling to the kitchen/family room. The family all loved the pool table . Jsit there were hairs in the upstairs bathroom swept into a little pile but not swept up, 1 shower was out of order which we were notified by a large sign which was ok- however the 2nd shower downstairs had had the shower head installed incorrectly and it pointed toward the wall instead of out. You could get a little water out but not enough so we all had to use the upstairs shower which was a pain

House great. Cleaning Crew needs work

We loved the proximity to the beach, the layout, the fenced yards for our dogs, the pool table/darts and the convenient separation of space and all the equipment in the kitchen. Unfortunately, our arrival didn’t start off the visit on a good foot… I engaged in a lengthy search for linens upon realizing not all the beds had linens only to find a pile of soaking wet towels and sheets shoved into a cabinet and another soaking wet pile sitting in the dryer. I luckily had brought my own and had to use them while I ran 3 loads of laundry just to have clean sheets, towels and dish towels. And the bunk beds and downstairs beds had sand in them, so I ran those sheets through too. It’s a shame the cleaning crew soured an arrival to a great home. We ended up enjoying ourselves very much but did recommend to guest services that the cleaning be improved.

Location great, house good, communication terrible

The house was great. Close to beach. Path down to the beach is a little rough for kids. Only problems were with owner communications. This is a Vacasa home that we booked through VRBO. I asked a few questions via the VRBO messaging prior to our stay and never got any response at all. When we arrived. the door code provided in the app was wrong, and we were on hold for over 45 minutes trying to get it resolved. I never did get through to a human with Vacasa and eventually found a second code buried in a separate email. It was incredibly inconvenient to be stranded in front of the house with no means of getting hold of anyone for help. The house was furnished pretty well and had good supplies for food prep, etc. , but other perishable supplies were inadequate. During our stay we had to buy trash bags, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper. There were no resources in the house to restock any of those types of items. Loved the area, but not sure if I would rent this property again without some assurances from the owner and better communications from them.

listing is very deceiving (2 stars for location)

We chose this rental as it was the only dog friendly one available for our dates. Upon arriving the code for the door lock wouldn't work, called customer service & it prompted me to use a messaging link. I messaged with no reply. Called back & got a human to speak to, after failed attempts of theirs to reset the code they gave us the code for the lock box & we used the key. The door threshold was almost completely rotten & throughout our stay we had to continuously kick it back into place as we kept tripping on it. It became immediately apparent that the photos in the listing were taken MANY years ago. Over half the furniture in the listing was not in the house. There was a note that the cleaner had been there but everything was dirty. Sand, dirt & dog hair all over the floor and on the couches & later we discovered in 2 of the BEDS. The sheets had not been changed. The listing boasts 3 bathrooms but one of the bathrooms had a barely trickling shower head & the toilet cove was not wide enough for an adult to fit into. There was a water flow issue with the washer so when we ran a load of laundry it would have to be checked on every so often & have its cycle restarted. It was dog friendly however I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog in the yard unsupervised as it was full of garbage, debris, old dog poop & the fences were falling down. The most disappointing part is they have been getting terrible reviews ALL YEAR and just don't seem to care.

Great House, great location - needs a little TLC

We had a great birthday trip and the house was a great size for what we needed. The location is great, being 15-20 mins away from both Lincoln City and Newport. Everything was neat and they had a bunch of extras for extra guests, such as towels, bedding and pillows. There were a few issues however…The second bedroom on the top floor needs a new door handle BAD. We had to keep a doorstop in the jam to keep the door from fully closing. If it closed, it was nearly impossible to get it to open and ended up having to get in through the sliding glass doors (that I had luckily left unlocked) on the back deck. The back yard was very overgrown and the fence was falling over into the bushes. The front yard had big holes under the white fence, big enough that my small dog could easily get out of the yard, so had to keep him on a leash at all times in the yard. The Trash can was also VERY full from the passed guests, so we couldn’t fit our last bag of trash in the bin before we left. Noticed garbage trucks driving through the neighborhood so we put the bin out by the road, in hopes of possibly catching them to empty it before we left. No such luck - hopefully they got out after we left and we didn’t miss it all together. We had to leave a note for the cleaners to let them know and pre-apologize for the bag left in the kitchen. There was also no recycle bins for our cardboard so we had to leave it out as well. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay!
