This apartment is located on the second floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining area in a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character with its parquet floors and ceiling moldings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Parisian trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was very comfortable for our group of three. The apartment is very centrally located with most attractions being an easy 10-15 min Uber ride away. It was the perfect backdrop for a wonderful Parisian vacation.

Family trip to Paris

Our family had a good stay in the LivinParis apt. We were right in the middle of the Opera area with shopping at Galleries Lafayette and Printemps,among others, just steps away. The metro station was very close by to explore the rest of the city. There is a cafe right next door.

Great central location

The apartment was well appointed and fit six adults well even with just one toilet. Loads of really great cafes within a short walk. A couple of supermarkets nearby as well to keep us well stocked. Great shopping nearby if that’s your thing. The Seine, Louvre, Montmatre and Eiffel Tower can be done on foot if you’re a walker or an easy metro ride away. This is a lively, busy neighborhood so it may be too loud for some.

Great location

The bedrooms and common areas are very functional. The location is wonderful. The flat has a very modern feel and is very clean. They supply you with all the essentials and even brought some Nespresso pods for us to enjoy. The location is the real winner here though as you are steps from the Opera and Louvre. Great cafe literally downstairs and a wonderful Doner spot across the street. The only negative thing was the 1 toilet. For a large family this is a bit of a logistics issue. Having said that, we did not spend the majority of time in the unit and made it work. That aside, the place is wonderful and the hosts are great.
