Great Family Fun Spot!

We stayed with our adult/teen children and it was so fun! The pool was very close and entertaining for everyone. The pickleball courts are convenient too. The home was clean and comfortable.

Great getaway!

We came with our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children ages 8 to 11. The home was beautiful and clean, very accessible to the freeway. The pool is excellent!

Great place

The place was great right across the street from the pool and pickle ball courts. The condo was clean and comfy the only thing is the carpets are looking worn and need some stretching but other than that we enjoyed our time there!

Excellent Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was clean and well maintained. The vacation property staff was very responsive to our questions without delay. The pool was excellent and located only a short walk away! The pool is great for all ages! I would highly recommend this property!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our family while in the area visiting National Parks. It was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located near the pool and pickleball courts. We felt at home, had everything we needed and enjoyed the pool area. We highly recommend this property.

Home base visiting National parks

Vacation visiting national parks! This property is definitely as pictured! We very much enjoyed coming back to this home base. Very clean , roomy and comfortable. May seem like small thing but nice to park in garage and ease of unloading car & groceries. Area was close to stores and restaurants. Only about 45 minutes from Zion , which was convenient!

Lovely. Only issue was AC: very cold upstairs, and varied 1st floor, mostly ok.

We came for our son’s graduation. Great location. Iron man threw a wrench into getting to Zion , but we made it and witnessed the glory of Gods creation.

Great Property

Loved our stay at Kennedy’s Hugs! Great location and amenities! Our kids loved loved the pool! Conveniently located and tons to do in surrounding area! The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. We will be back!

Baseball weekend

We loved our stay here! Perfect location, super close to the freeway (without feeling like you’re next to I-15) to get to our ball games! We loved being right across from the pickleball courts and pool- my kids could scope out an empty court form the front porch. We only wish the community had more courts! They were always busy! We loved riding scooters on the trails too. There was plenty of room for all of us- 4 adults and 4 kids. Loved having a washer and dryer to wash the baseball unis! The kitchen was huge and had plenty of storage. Beds were comfy and so nice to have all the extra blankets, pillows and bedding for extra beds. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful property for families

Our family really enjoyed this property. It sits across the street from pool/waterslide/lazy river and 2 hot tubs. The kids spent hours each day doing laps even though it was March and not all that warm! Parents watched from the comfort of the hot tub. Pools are clean and mostly3’6” and 4’ at the deepest, so pretty safe feeling if kiddos can swim. You can see the pickleball court from the window which is nice to not have to wait in line for an available court. The beds are soft and comfortable with TVs in each room. The kitchen could be a little better stocked, but had all general necessities. The gas stove was nice to cook on. As others have said, the carpet is showing wear and bunching a little in high traffic areas upstairs, but that was a non-issue for us. The neighborhood feels very nice and safe. We will definitely stay here again!

Central location to Southwest UT adventure

The beds were very comfortable! Middle unit with pool right across the street. Nice finishes. Ample linens and kitchen was completely furnished with pans, dishes etc. I would suggest it’s time to replace the scratched Teflon pans and clean the living room rug. I appreciate the vinyl flooring on main level for easy clean up. We felt very safe in this area. Lovely unit.

Great spot!

We really liked this place. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool area right across the street from our unit on the last night of our stay. The only small issue we had was with the area rug under the dining table — the edges were curled up such that we kept tripping on it. We moved the table out of the way so we could rotate the curled edge side towards the wall so we could no longer trip over it. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

We loved our stay with Red Sands. We stayed at Escondido 1101. The location was convenient, well maintained, and beautiful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Red Sands was very easy to get ahold of when I had a question. The pool will be amazing here once it's finished. We were able to watch some of the construction during our stay, but it was never disruptive at all. Because there was no pool access yet, we were able to use the Washington Community Center. This place was absolutely a highlight of the trip for our family. My kids loved the water slides, lazy river, and climbing the rock wall! We throughly enjoyed our stay and it was very affordable for our family of six. We can't wait to vacation again with Red Sands.

Great experience!

This was perfect for our family of 6 plus my parents who joined us. House was clean, well equipped and in a great location for the soccer tournament we were in town for. It was extra fun to make the Kennedy connection - my dad, who was with us, was the sound mixer on the film that was made about her and her family!
