Wonderful visit!

We had a great time! The condo is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, shopping stores, and multiple sites. A short walk down a boardwalk to the beach but there’s a shuttle running frequently daily. The indoor pool & hot tub were convenient too! The owners were very responsive to our questions/comments during our stay. Will definitely stay at this condo on our next trip to Hilton Head!

Great Stay

Unit was steps from the stairs to the indoor pool making it easy to get the kids back in forth. Owner was very easy to get in touch with. unit was clean and organized. We had a great time.

Great as always, our second time! Very unique place!

No other place we know with this kind of amenities! We love the location and closeness to beach’s and restaurants. Host was communicative and helpful. Place was clean and as listed. Will do again!

Excellent place to stay

Everything we wanted for our vacation was provided. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The only improvement we think is needed is to have big signs on all the buildings and signs with arrows as you drive around the property, because we and other new guests got lost or couldn't find where we had parked our cars.

Used this as a 16th birthday present for my son. Let him bring a few buddies so they could come and go without having to hangout with us entire time. Right amount of space for us

Great place to stay! Hot tub, sauna and pools were good. Close to beach, quiet a walk for the out of shape though, lol. And close to drive out for food or shopping. Would definitely recommend to others! Thanks

Wonderful Stay

Property was well kept and very clean . Staff was wonderful and friendly. Host was wonderful on top of everything and villa was well equipped, clean , comfortable and very accommodating for families . Pools were very clean as well . Highly recommended.

Perfect Family Location

Building three was perfect for staying with our family with a 6 and 8 year old. Super easy access to indoor pool. Everything worked out great and we were happy with everything. We needed to reach the owner short notice at the start of the trip and needed a quick response (additional car), it was easily dealt with immediately for us.

Great location

Great location and unit. We have stayed at this resort multiple times but this was our first time in building 3. Loved having the indoor pool right there. The unit was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Location excellent

The location, access to the beach, cocos, and food on property were the best part of our stay. The elevator is the absolute worst! Slow as hell. Took up to 25 mins for it to come to the 2nd floor. Not ideal for my mom who has a cane. Our unit was extremely out dated and very uninviting! Old decor, furniture and beat up blinds. There were no extra towels. No bathroom mats for after shower. Lawsuit waiting to happen if someone slips! The dishes in the cabinets were still dirty. Also the last 2 days there we caught 2 cockroaches! Extremely disappointed in this unit! Not worth the money for this unit!

Our unit has been owned by four brothers since 2010. Originally, we bought unit for the exclusive use of our family and friends. Three years ago, we decided to do short term rentals to cover some of the HOA fees, taxes, and insurance

Our complex is located near many attractions and is convenient for shopping at a variety stores 1 mile away. Shelter Cove Park and veterans Park are very close and of course the beach is accessible from our boardwalk across a salt marsh.
