Gut gelegen, aber leider schmutzig.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit viel Natur in der Nähe, Einrichtung wie auf den Bildern. Außenbereich schön, Pool sauber. Der Empfang der "Concierge" war herzlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt und es gab einige Mängel: Die Toilette dreckig, dreckiges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine, Spüle in der Küche verdreckt. Insgesamt machte das Haus einen unsauberen Eindruck. Toilettendeckel defekt, keine Handtücher (wurden später nachgeliefert), Bettwäsche war gewaschen, hatte trotzdem Flecken, Grillrost fehlte. Das 2. Schlafzimmer erreicht man über die Besenkammer. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber wenn es schon so ist, dann muss man wenigstens die Besen und Wischmopps zur Seite stellen, damit der Gast nicht darüber klettern muss, um sein Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Der Besitzer bewohnt das Haus scheinbar oft selbst, denn es waren an sehr vielen Schränken Schlösser und Aufkleber mit "privat". Das alles fanden wir in Anbetracht des hohen Mietpreises inakzeptabel und eine Frechheit. Die Mängel können wir alle mit Fotos belegen und haben sie an die Concierge weitergeleitet, die wiederum mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt stand. Der Vermieter hat sich bei uns leider bis jetzt nicht gemeldet. Eine Entschuldigung oder ein Entgegenkommen, wie z. B. das symbolische Erstatten der Endreinigungskosten, hätten wir uns gewünscht. Leider nein. Das Haus können wir nicht empfehlen.

Cher Monsieur, la forme très élégante et fort documentée de votre commentaire démontre bien 2 choses. Premièrement, vous êtes typiquement le type de locataire que je ne souhaite plus voir habiter ma maison. Secondement, il est toujours fort étonnant de voir que vous ne mentionnez aucune remarque ni aucune réserve lors du check-in effectué par une société de conciergerie, pour venir, une fois le séjour terminé, me menacer de procès afin que je vous rembourse une partie du loyer. Mais le check-in signé fait foi. Et, en l'espèce, il est aussi vide que l'intérêt que mes lecteurs porteront à votre commentaire. Je vous souhaite tout de même une très belle journée.

Ruhig und doch zentral

Wir konnten uns wirklich sehr gut erholen. Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Der schöne Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Waren als Familie. Eltern mit erwachsener Tochter und Freund unterwegs. Jeder kam auf seine Kosten. Wir werden irgendwann wieder kommen.

Propreté de la propriété moyenne à notre arrivée.. L'annonce en ligne et les photos sont un petit peu plus " correctes " sur internet qu'en réalité.. Le gérant et sa correspondante sont très disponibles pour communiquer, et très gentils ; L'emplacement et les environs sont faciles, et rapides d'accès ; Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
