Les points positifs : Le personnel de l'agence Estivel à Lacanau Océan très sympathique. L'emplacement magnifique. Une belle piscine. Prix 490€/semaine. Les points négatifs :La photo ne correspond pas à la location, le wc du bas s'est cassé juste en s'asseyant. Le prix pour cette maison en été est de 3300€/semaine, ça ne les vaut absolument pas car maison non entretenue intérieure comme extérieure !

Objekt in Privatbesitz, über eine Organisation vermietet. Schränke zum Teil verschlossen, nicht nutzbar (Lagerort für Besitzer). Pool grundsätzlich beheizbar, Poolheizung jedoch verschlossen und somit nicht nutzbar (auf Nachfrage Wunsch der Besitzer). Waschmaschine und Trockner aus letztem Jahrtausend, Waschmaschine verschimmelt. Das meiste wäre akzeptabel, würde man vorher informiert und wäre der Preis angemessen. Übergabe der Wohnung unzureichend. Lage und Region aber traumhaft.

Etat de la maison très vieillissant... peintures écailées, pas de portail , pas d'espaces verts entretenus ; seulement du sable, sanitaires bouchés et moisissures dans la salle de bain, et piscine en mauvais état non utilisable 2 jours sur 7... soit une location bien trop chère pour l'état global de ce bien

Schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Das Ferienhaus ist grundsätzlich schön, leider leidlich gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, hat aber Loch. Die Platten rund um den Pool sind lose, klappern beim Drübergehen und sind nicht kindergeeignet. Es gibt keine Informationsmappe (Mülltermine, Hinweis auf Wildschweine, etc.) Die Poolpflege mangelhaft. Alte Schwalbennester auf Balkon, Schwalben-Kot auf dem Boden, Schimmel an Kühlschrank, Poolbeleuchtung lässt Hauptsicherung rausspringen. Tür von Garage zum Haus nicht abschließbar etc.

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Tolles, sehr geräumiges Haus, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett... und als i-Tüpfelchen der eigene Pool. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, waren Auflagen für die Gartenstühle und Liegen. Aber das war halb so wild. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!!!

nous avons passé un bon séjour à Lacanau, l'environnement eden parc est agréable, dommage sur notre emplacement la piscine et la terrasse sont à l'ombre de 13h à 18h, l'eau est à 23° en plein été nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, il faut éviter cet emplacement vu le prix de la prestation
