Recién remodelado, condominio de 1020 pies cuadrados, a solo 2 cuadras de la playa. Todo en la planta baja con un gran porche para disfrutar de las puestas de sol del puerto A. Esta chica costera tiene una gran sala de estar con un sofá (que se despliega en una cama), sillón reclinable, TV, cable y wifi. La cocina completa está equipada con electrodomésticos blancos, encimeras de granito y 2 taburetes. El comedor contiguo tiene capacidad para 4. La lavadora / secadora está bien guardada en un armario del pasillo. El dormitorio principal (BR1) tiene una cama King size, TV, armario, cofre y un baño en suite con bañera / ducha. El dormitorio de invitados (BR2) tiene una cama Queen y una cama doble, TV, armario y cofre. Tiene uso del baño del pasillo que tiene una ducha independiente. Disfrute de relajarse al aire libre en el porche o nadar en la piscina del complejo después de un día en la playa.

Great location- code wasn’t sent upon arrival- had to reach out and wait but resolved within 10 minutes. There was a fishy smell in the place - could not figure out what it was. Pillows really need to be replaced. One bathtub didn’t drain well. Other than that it was perfect.

We loved our recent stay at Costa Del Ray Townhomes. It was clean and cute with very comfy beds. The location is fantastic—just a short walk/drive to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking. We especially appreciated the convenient water hose for rinsing off sand before going inside. Highly recommend!

Great Beach House

This was a great small house, fit our our family well. I loved that it had space for three kids in the room, so no one was sleeping on a couch. Kitchen was great and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and quick.

Great weekend away

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. Plenty of space and a great floorpan for privacy. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental property. You could prepare ANYTHING! The host was so responsive and we felt really valued. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Thank you!

Property was well equipped with kitchen ware and gadgets. Comfy beds and linen. Only trouble I had was that I didn’t receive the door code and was confused on how to get in but I called the number on the window sign and was able to have it sent within seconds.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Nice place

The unit was great. It was comfortable, clean and easy access to the beach. The only let down was the pool was green and not swimmable. We booked the stay here because there was a pool, so we could have gone to a more affordable location without a pool. But overall we had a nice time.
