KITCHEN: 2 electric rings, table top fridge, oven, microwave. TV.
BATHROOM: shower and sink, separate WC.
Family residence with swimming pool 100m from the large Richelieu beach and shops and on the edge of the lagoon.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the condominium, and is open from mid-June to the beginning of September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
