BATHROOM: shower, sink. Separate toilets.
Quiet residence with swimming pool and tennis court located next to the golf course and 1200m from the Richelieu Beach.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the Syndicat, and is open from mid-June to the beginning of September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
