Apartment new of 50 m2, air-conditioned, modern stay / cooking equipped, (lava dishes(crockery), refrigerator / microwave freezer, induction cooker, electric oven, oven), 2 rooms(chambers) (1 bed of 140, 2 beds of 90), an equipped shower-room (toilets and shower). In the stay 1 sofa bed in 140.
The whole giving onto a privative terrace about 100 m2 with barbecue, garden furniture and privative parking lot ( 1 car)

L'hébergement était correct, comme prévu sauf la machine à laver qui se trouvait dans le garage de la propriétaire et donc en commun, pas pratique .Propriétaires discrets. Le gros probléme pas prévu est que la maison est adossée au terrain de camping et des mobil -homes et par conséquent ,du bruit et impossible de se reposer étant donné que les voisins étaient des gens d'origine germanique avec le verbe haut sans discrétion .

Superbe location, idéalement située, à cinq minutes à pieds de la plage, à 10 minutes en voiture du Cap d'Agde, à proximité de zones commerciales, de restaurants...Nous recommandons vivement cette location d'une propreté exemplaire, d'un confort exceptionnel, elle dispose d'un extérieur entièrement privatif et sans nuisance sonore.Mme Silva est une hôte d'une extrême gentillesse et bienveillance.Elle fait tout pour que ces locataires passent un agréable séjour.Foncez les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez pas.Nous reviendrons dans cette villa, c'est certain.

L accueil chaleureux de Marie nous a mis rapidement en confiance. Le logement est idéal : état neuf, propreté impeccable, tout est à disposition pour passer un excellent séjour sans aucune contrainte. Et cela à deux pas de la plage !!!

Un été indien au Grau d’Agde

Séjour très agréable. Logement très propre, très fonctionnel. La proximité de la mer est clairement un plus. Mari est très sympathique, avenante et disponible. Merci pour ce beau séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
