We loved our stay at this property. Perfect location, great space, and everything you could need for cooking, games, etc. Theresa was very easy to communicate with and helpful when we had questions. We hope to be back next summer!

Lovely house, great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay, the house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent! The owner was very prompt in answering any questions. We’ll definitely rent here again!

What an awesome location and adorable home

The location is perfect. It’s close to everything. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything. Beautiful sunsets on the bay. A short walk to the beach, close to the market, fantasy Island, Bay Village, and the teen club are all walkable! The house itself is absolutely adorable and we love the screened in porch. Our kids love the upstairs porch.

Long Weekend, Fall Beach Stay

We enjoyed a long-weekend, fall beach trip with our family. Home-cooked meals, days on the beach and sunsets on the bay never get old. This home has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and great outdoor areas to enjoy. Convenient location.

Everything was amazing. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed the screened in porch, something rare at LBI. Back yard area gave you privacy and was quiet, since off-season. Owner was very accommodating. A win, win time!

The weather was perfect!

The house was clean and in a great location. We weren’t very comfortable sharing the outside amenities with the renter in the back. We also had issues with the toilet that weren’t addressed until after we left. It was an experience!

Nice little beach house

Overall stay was great. Plenty of street parking. Within walking distance to restaurants. There is a cottage in the back - would have liked to know there were tenants renting there before arriving. Indoor shower would get sporadically too hot. Plenty of beds. Had a great week!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This home is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped for a family to enjoy. There are two private porches with great lights for night-time enjoyment. The kitchen is organized and stocked for meal prep and serving, very clean and provides a great space to hang out, cook, and eat together. We enjoyed family meals every night. The backyard area is shared with a tenant, so the grill, outdoor lounge areas and outdoor shower are for both properties, and some coordination and communication is needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, had an amazing vacation, and will consider returning for our next LBI vacation!

We had a wonderful time!

We stayed for four nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a nice house in a charming part of Beach Haven. Theresa, the owner, made the check-in process easy and responded promptly whenever we had questions. We will definitely be back!

Paradise on Engleside

The house is a adorable and very convenient to everything Beach Haven. Especially the sunsets. If you step 1 foot off the property and peek down the street you’ll see the most amazing sunset that New Jersey has to offer. The owner Teresa is amazing and super accommodating. I would highly recommend it for either a family or a couple.

Bay-utiful!

Such a treat to rent a single family home. This property has a great layout and a nice large kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms, common space and main bathroom are very spacious. All appliances and electronic were updated and in good working condition. The WiFi was excellent. This was important, as we needed to do some remote work. The property is well situated to restaurants, Bay Village/Fantasy Island, shopping and entertainment. We parked our car and never used it during our stay...we walked everywhere. It was a 3.5 block walk to the beach and one block to beautiful Bay views. We will definitely consider renting here again.
