Maison Blanche, Quiet Villa With Large Swimming Pool

A Mediterranean atmosphere imbued with calm and serenity in Saint-Paul de Vence, in the heart of the French Riviera, 15 minutes from Nice Airport and the beaches.
The villa is particularly pleasant for a stay away from the crowds if you wish. All your everyday shopping needs are of course available nearby, with supermarkets including Leclerc, Intermarché, Grand Frais and Cité Marchande in Cagnes-sur-Mer.


ACCOMMODATION Fully air-conditioned:
The large terrace with its barbecue in the shade of the plane trees will be your favourite place to spend time. It extends into a shaded area where the hammock will tempt you to relax, lulled by the sound of cicadas.
The unobstructed view of the wooded hills and the foothills of the Alps is very relaxing.
The large kitchen, which has direct access to this terrace, is completely open to the indoor dining room.
The different areas of the living room allow the whole family to use it without any unnecessary inconvenience.
Three large bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a shower room and two WCs.
Behind the orange trees, the large swimming pool (12m x 6m) is on the same level as an area bordered by hundred-year-old olive trees, ideal for children's games. At the back, a swing set will welcome them.
A carport for 2 cars allows you to park in the shade.

TELEWORKING: 3 bedrooms, each with its own office + a workspace.
Fibre, 5GHZ WiFi and PLC network with perfect speed for video conferencing.

All areas are accessible to guests. Only one independent accommodation unit, accessible from the car park, is reserved for the owner.

Located in the hills of Saint-Paul de Vence, this quiet residential neighbourhood is close to the medieval village of Saint-Paul de Vence and the sea.
Nearby: Polygone Riviera shopping centre, supermarkets and quality food shops.

The use of a car is recommended.
There is a bus stop for line 21 a 10-minute walk away, which serves Nice and the Polygone Riviera shopping centre.
Be aware of the slopes when cycling.

We had a wonderful week at the beautiful villa. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jean, who gave us some helpful tips about the area and brought us fresh tomatoes from his garden. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, there’s plenty of outdoor space, and we really enjoyed the large pool with its view of the mountains. Shops and bakeries were close by, and Nice was just around the corner. We also took some great day trips to Antibes and Saint-Paul-de-Vence. We loved every moment of our stay and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect holiday destination!

A week in the south of France

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing week in the St. Paul de Vence vicinity. We took daily road trips to the many towns in the area, saw the sights and had lunch. By evening we were back at the house to enjoy the lovely outside space and grilling area. The pool looked very inviting, but the weather did not cooperate the week we were there. Jean is a very helpful host.

Fresh figs for breakfast and a beautiful pool

We loved our stay at La Maison Blanche, a beautiful, comfortable and well designed house in the hills above the Côte d’Azur. We could really make ourselves at home, the kids enjoyed all the space to play, and we fell in love with the perfect pool, large garden and outdoor dining area with stunning views over the hills. Jean was a charming host, bringing us fresh figs, plums and tomatoes from the garden and giving us lots of recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and the best bakery in town. We hope to return!

Séjour de rêve à la maison blanche

J’ai passé un superbe séjour à la villa de Jean. Le cadre est idyllique ! Beaucoup de calme et de verdure avec cette villa ouverte sur le grand jardin et l’immense piscine. La vue est très agréable. Jean est très accueillant et réactif. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis.

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute ruhige Lage. Man ist schnell an der Küste, dem Flughafen und im Hinterland. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur 10 min. entfernt. Jean ist ein unkomplizierter und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Er hat uns mit Oliven und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau verwöhnt. Wir können das Anwesen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wonderful rental

An excellent experience. The villa is beautifully clean and spacious with stunning views. The garden is a real highlight with a large pool, a covered eating area with bbq and a well-kept garden on various levels, all with an incredible view over the valley and up to the mountains. The villa has everything you could possibly need and Jean is on hand if needed, as well as supplying lovely home grown tomatoes and olives! Jean’s communication is excellent and he is very welcoming with good suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. This is a peaceful place, has a lovely atmosphere, especially in the morning and evening and gives for everyone room for privacy. Jean is a great host who takes care of the pool and the garden. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed it a lot.

Great relaxing holiday!

As a family of five we have really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It is a beautiful house in matured gardens. The house is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor kitchen is great and we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the gardens and having dinner of the grill. The bedrooms don't have curtains but there are outside shutters that make the rooms pitch-black! The beds are comfy and the sheets on the beds are very soft!! The pool, the basketball in the garage and the daily fresh tomatoes made our stay very relaxing. Jean is a great and very helpful host! In all; we loved our stay!

Superbe maison d’architecte

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison pendant les vacances de la Toussaint. La maison est superbe, les grandes baies vitrées permettant à la lumière et à la vue d’être omniprésentes depuis chaque pièce. Le jardin et les jeux d’enfants ont compensé la frustration de ne pouvoir profiter en cette saison de la grande piscine qui invite à la baignade et aux longueurs. Commerces de bouche de qualité et grande surface toute proches. Le propriétaire est disponible pour toute question et soucieux d’offrir un accueil chaleureux. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mr Sagrandi qui est d’une grande amabilité, de très bons conseils, très serviable mais discret (nous avions régulièrement de belles tomates déposées sur le rebord de la fenêtre... de gentilles attentions qui font tjs plaisir) . Magnifique maison avec une vue imprenable. En conclusion, nous y reviendrons très certainement pour continuer la découverte de cette superbe région.
