BLUE SKIES, SUNSHINE & SANDY BEACH AWAIT!

We would love to welcome your family to our home in Chincoteague. Blue Skies delivers more than a hope for wonderful weather. It is a home originally built by a long-standing family from Chincoteague and more recently redone to accommodate more modern needs. WiFi, smart TV, cable, washer and dryer and ironing board. The home sleeps seven to eight. There is a master suite with a queen size bed, soaking tub and walk in shower for those active days kayaking or paddle boarding. A second full bath with a tub is located near the second bedroom. For sandy days at the beach you might enjoy the outdoor shower with quick entrance to the house.
The second bedroom provides two twin beds. The sectional couch provides room for two adults or three children and a five-inch foam twin mattress pad can be added to any room.
Your furry members will enjoy a climate-controlled indoor/outdoor kennel, a dog bed and a fenced yard for fresh air. One dog crate in the living area is provided. Up to two dogs will be allowed each less than 100 pounds. The rent amount for the first dog is $100.00 and the additional dog is $50.00
Cooking is a delight with top of the line appliances, microwave, steam pot, waffle maker, crock pot, mixer, toaster, blender, coffee pot, lots of dishes, complete set of pots, knives and utensils. The table opens up to accommodate everyone. The living room and the enclosed sun porch provide two areas to gather.
The home is located 0.7 miles from Memorial Park and the Fireman’s carnival is 1.2 miles away. In season take the evening trolley from Memorial Park for any evening spot on the island.
