Located in a quiet street of the Racquet Club Road Estates that looks like an open air museum for mid-century modern architecture, this home designed by architect William Krisel A.I.A. and built in 1961 by the Alexander Construction Company greets guests with its iconic butterfly roofline, shadow block and sunflower breeze wall.

The authentic yet understated interior design is complemented by modern amenities, such as convenient smart home features, a central sound system, wireless charging stations on every nightstand of the three bedrooms and bidet toilets in both bathrooms.

An outside fire pit, oversized heated* pool and outdoor BBQ area let guests enjoy the starry night sky and desert garden during every season. Next to the bocce patch you will find a lounging area with unobstructed views of the majestic San Jacinto mountain range towering above.

Thanks to its remarkable degree of preservation, the Desert Monarch was designated by the City of Palm Springs as a Class 3 Historic Resource and significant contributor to the Racquet Club Road Estates neighborhood.
