We appreciate your comments about room size. Our three-bedroom suite in a Vancouver hi-rise is designed to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests — bedrooms of this size are genuinely rare in the downtown condo market, and we do our best to represent them accurately in our photos. We’re sorry if the layout felt smaller than expected upon arrival. Regarding luggage storage, each bedroom is equipped with a chest of drawers and a dedicated closet, which is exactly where we’d suggest storing empty suitcases to free up floor space. We’ll look at adding a note about this to our guest guide so future visitors can settle in more comfortably. We also take the condition of our property seriously and inspect and refresh the space regularly between stays. We’re sorry if any wear was noticeable during your visit — we’ll use your feedback as a prompt to do a thorough walkthrough and address anything that needs attention. As for location, we find that most guests love being steps from Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain, both Rogers Arena and BC Place, and the restaurants and nightlife of Gastown — but we understand every traveller has different priorities. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future. Guest comfort is always our top priority, and feedback like yours helps us continue to improve.
