This beautiful lake house was the perfect size for our party of 13 adults and 2 babies. We enjoyed days on the lake and games and puzzles together in the air conditioned living spaces. The pool table and shuffle board table were big hits, and movie nights on the large sectional sofa in the basement were a favorite. There were plenty of towels, and the linens on the beds were comfortable. The house was so clean. Communication was so good. We enjoyed every minute!

We had a wonderful week. The home we rented was beautiful and well furnished. Our grandchildren are asking when we can go back! The dock for our boat made our week so much easier. We could not recommend this home more!!

Spacious updated home on beautiful serene lake. We loved it! Grateful there was a boat slip as we rented a pontoon boat to enjoy tubing and exploring the lake. My only suggestion is to rent a pontoon boat from a private rental facility & not the state park rental facility. With the state run boat rental the motors are governed. Our boat only reached 10 miles per hour when we had all 12 family members on board or 15 mph when we were down to 2 passengers. lol. House was perfect for a big crew, pool table & shuffleboard were nice to add fun while at home. TV in every bedroom was a nice touch as well. Host Jeremy is friendly & professional and quick to respond to any questions/issues. We had a great time!

The house was a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen was perfect and well equipped. The deck with the grill facing the lake is great. Loved the dock also. It was a great, quiet and peaceful stay. I have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend this place.

One of the best VRBO properties we have rented. The home was beautiful, spacious, extremely comfortable, and the amenities were great. We had four seniors in our group of six (two were 80) and we did not have a problem getting down to the lake as others have mentioned. Take it slow and you will be fine. If not, the views from the deck are great too! Property owner Jeremy and property manager Jason were quick to respond and very accommodating even though we had very few reasons to contact them. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property.P.S. Who knew a shuffleboard table could be so much fun!!

Spring Break trip with our children and grandchildren and it was perfect!! The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We all enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard table. The dock was great for the kids to fish off of and to dock our 2 boats. Jeremy was quick to reply to any questions I had and was very helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place for a larger family or group!

There would 8 older adults in our group and the house was perfect for our gathering. The pictures are spot on. We all agreed the accommodations were comfortable. We would highly recommend this rental.

Very quiet and relaxing location. Plenty of space for our group of 10 adults . Access to a boat ramp and marina close by . House was clean and stayed cool. After a hot day on the lake the game room downstairs was a nice large area to wind down . Great place for the price

Just like the pictures showed. Beautiful scenery, secluded area on a cove of Lake Barkley. Family wedding weekend and home suited our needs perfectly. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of 8. Owner is easily available. The pool table and shuffle board were a hit. Highly recommend staying here with friends or multiple families if staying in Lake Barkley area. Wish we had a longer visit.

There was ten of us, this is our second time staying here. Game room was very good everything was in good shape. Clean rooms, great communication with host, parking was great close to front door. defiantly would stay here again. The only thing that could be better was each bedrooms needed some were to sit like a chair or a bench and the showers tubs needed a non-slip stickers or mat and a bar on the wall to hold on to. We had a great time there was plenty of room.
