Le Saint É is an apartment ideally located on the ground floor and 10 min walk from the centre of Dinard. You will be only 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Saint-Enogat! Bright and tastefully decorated, the apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers and is composed of a large living room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Sheets and towels provided, garage in the building, wifi available free of charge.

- Large living room with 2 armchairs, sofa, coffee table and TV; as well as a dining area with a dining table for 4 people
- Separate and fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge, crockery and cutlery
- Laundry room with washing machine and small freezer
- One bedroom with queen-size double bed (160 x 200), separable into 2 single beds
- One bedroom with double bed (140 x 190)

The apartment is located in a residential area between the Pointe de la Malouine and the beach of Saint-Enogat. Walking around the area you can enjoy sublime views of the sea and the Emerald Coast. Let yourself be tempted by a stroll in the town centre of Dinard and its shops, accessible in only 10 minutes on foot!
