Wake up to the morning sun and walk everywhere in town! South Oak Treehouse (Dahl House Unit ''C')' provides the perfect location for all of your Telluride adventures no matter the season. Enjoy festival events just outside your door in Elks Park or take a short stroll to Telluride Town Park for more summer excitement. The free gondola and ski lift are less than a block away too. All of the shopping and dining of main street is just around the corner.

Modern details and decor provide a light and comfortable home away from home. The living room and kitchen are on the first level, with the master suite and loft on the second level. This unit features a queen master bedroom with a cozy east-facing deck and a tremendous view of the Box Canyon. The loft space, adorned with stylish aspen tree wallpaper, is above and open to the master bedroom, and provides an additional queen bed. The bathroom features heated tile flooring for extra comfort! Your basic cooking needs are met in the new kitchenette with a hotplate, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, Vitamix and more.

There's first-come first-served designated parking for this building and a street parking pass will also be provided for your stay. Bike and Ski Storage are also available at this location.

Very nice place in perfect location

small/cozy place, but really nice and in a perfect location. We loved this place and had a great time. The Friday farmers market out the front door and the music in the park 100 ft away was great. 1 block from the gondola and steps from the main strip. Perfect! Highly recommend for couple. It was a little tight for our family of 4 but we loved it regardless.

My teen son and I stayed at the Dahl House for a holiday ski trip. The place was creatively decorated and the space was super unique with a great view from the bed rooms. Can’t beat the location to everything in Telluride. Communication was top notch and the service during our stay which included daily shoveling of walk ways and tips for parking made our stay that much better.

This was the perfect spot for 2 people. Short walk to the festival, the market is a few buildings down, shops and restaurants, and the gondola a block away. The space is small but clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and cozy. For 2 friends for a girls weekend of bluegrass, it couldn't have been better!

My husband and I’s stay was perfect. We loved how cozy the place was. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Check in was super easy and texting the management made communication very convenient. Even though it is small, the furniture layout was a great use of space and it has everything you need. The location could not be better, you are just steps from restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Short winter stay

Great location for in town activities as well as access to Gondola. Carrying luggage up the stairs was cumbersome and luggage stowage would be nice but with no dressers, space became a premium. I called to ask for assistance on a few issues and response was prompt and resolved quickly. Be mindful of street cleaning days in winter if you have a car parked on the street.

Good for two people but definitely not more than that. Not a place to really hang out as much as sleep and be very close to everything the town has to offer. No AC so have to keep windows open. bedroom needs blinds on upper window. Tuff sunshine right in face in bed early in the AM. Overall we enjoyed though. Very clean and has everything we needed. Thank you!

Excellent location to Gondi, Oak Street lift and town. Easy access with Telluride express shuttle. having a car would have been a royal pain! Nice view of the mountains from the upstairs walk out. Very tight beds, and the loft is not for the faint of heart. Decent size bathroom with heated floor a bonus. Kitchen could have been organized better for such a small space.(stacking the toaster oven and microwave; and lowering the shelves) It would be difficult to fit 4 for meals- even breakfast, but we were only 2:) and we ate lunch and dinners out. Fantastic town, restaurants and bars. The ski closet had so much stuff in it we just left the skis & poles on the porch. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and will be back.

Cute and convenient

We enjoyed our stay on South Oak Street. The apartment is small but well laid out. We ate out most of the time and enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to all the restaurants in town. And even closer was the Gondola, so easy to get our tired legs home at the end of a ski day.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (someone always smells it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
