To help us keep our cleaning fees low for future renters, please wash, dry and put away dishes. Hang any wet towels. Leave sheets on bed, so we can pretreat as necessary before washing.

Hi. I have been preserving historic properties more three decades. We have done our best to maintain the historical integrity of the Coff House, while adding modern amenities for comfort. It's a special oasis with easy access to all of town.

Stunning views and great breezes, coupled with historic charm. Safe, quiet, and just a steps to everything Christiansted town has to offer. Proud to be one of the pioneers of the East End renaissance that is underway and restoring Christiansted and St. Croix to its true glory.

Prime location -- short walks to all C'sted destinations, landscaped gardens, patio w/ bbq, fantastic views of C'sted Harbor, Gallows Bay, Fort Christianvaern and other landmarks from roofdeck and apartments. Historic home.
