Colony Cove es un complejo de condominios cerrado, ubicado alrededor de un exuberante paisaje tropical. ¡Esta unidad del piso principal está a solo unos pasos de la playa y la piscina!
Este condominio tiene todo lo que necesitará. Incluyendo una cocina completa, lavandería, TV vía satélite, reproductor de CD / iPod y WIFI gratuito.
AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN CADA HABITACIÓN. Hay 2 parrillas a gas. 1 está al lado de la piscina y 1 está en el patio. TV en cada habitación y sala de estar.
Hay 2 restaurantes a pocos pasos del condominio. . (RIEL DE ORO Y BRisas)
2 tiendas de comestibles a poca distancia (Pueblo y Foodtown)
Comience el día con una taza de café en el patio de 200 pies cuadrados (galería) mientras contempla las aguas del Caribe. Más tarde, disfrute de una bebida fría en la piscina de agua dulce.
En la playa: nade, practique snorkel o bucee en el arrecife protegido.

Great Location Great Space for a family and really easy!

This was a fantastic location we loved being so easy to both sides of the island and exploring all the diffetent beaches! The space had everything we needed from coolers to beach chairs to flippers and beach towels and bags! We had a wonderful family vacation and everyone is the complex is so nice and friendly! And they had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home!

Loved this condo rental property and the location is so close to Christiansted it was easy to travel back and forth from town. Beautiful views from the back patio nice staff that were helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Barry!!

Excellent Unit! New AC

Loved the newly remodeled Colony Cove ground floor unit. AC was great in all 3 areas. Great location and view. Beach is prone to a lot of seawood at times, but overall nice unit

WOW - a wonderful place

The property is a really great! We stayed on the 1st floor of a 3 floor complex. This place has QUITE AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms. I was extremely comfortable in this unit. The bathrooms looked like they were remodeled recently and new washer and dryer. We have stayed at this property for 3 different times and this is our new goto place. The accomidation was grand.

This condo is steps from the beach and the view from the deck is lovely! Two bathrooms and two bedrooms make this unit the perfect size for a small family or a couple who likes to spread out a bit. We like having our own bathrooms... We had no difficulties or problems during our stay. Caveat: should you decide to take off on foot, be advised the google maps isn’t accurate and took us through a very sketchy area... ask around as to which way to go if you’re walking. 😉

Colony Cove, great stay in Paradise!

Condo is described accurately, well maintained, ground floor unit with easy access to pool/beach. Easy access to owner if necessary and very responsive and accommodating. Pauline (cleaning lady) is thorough and does a great job, we suggest you consider her for the mid-week touch-up. We've been visiting St. Croix for over over 30 years and consider Colony Cove (Honeymooned in 85') one of the better condo's on the island to stay if your looking to drop off a few of the "resort" amenities and take the more DIY route. Full kitchen with all the items you need to make your week pleasant are at your disposal. We're coming back again in November and will need at least 2 units...will be considering this option again, if available. Thanks to Barry & Heather for sharing their home away from home! Three seniors visit their home island

My mother and her siblings enjoyed their stay. The condo was safe, clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent. The only thing that would be beneficial is air conditioning in the living room/ kitchen area. It’s to hot to enjoy relaxing in living room or cooking/eating dinner. If window unit isn’t possible, A portable AC would help. I would definitely recommend this rental!!

Nice Condo with Beautiful view

Condo owner provided great communication. Condo was nice, clean and well equipped for our needs. We brought our own snorkeling gear. There were some flippers and water shoes in condo. Air conditioners in bedrooms made it comfortable to sleep. Needed to place a fan in hallway to cool down living and kitchen area and ceiling fan helped a lot. Beach towels nice. Bath towels need refreshed. Wonderful to have washer and dryer in unit. The grounds and pool were nice. The beach on site was okay. There was a strong odor from the ocean plant life that didn't bother my husband but really bothered the rest of us and did not enjoy sitting outside or at the beach area. Not a swimming beach but beautiful view of the water. There was a restaurant next door that had good reasonably priced food and drinks. Not much else around or not open. Groceries were more expensive then expected. Locals were very kind and helpful. Recommend renting a car. Road are rough. We traveled to almost every corner of the island and thought it to be beautiful. Lots of places not open when we visited may be due to covid restrictions? Not a tourist trap place at all. Would recommend the condo for sure and rent a car to visit the island sites.

Great host and space but bad sargassum

The host was great answering the phone to help when I was at the wrong property after a very long travel day. Condo was spacious and well stocked. The area had a very intense seaweed issue which is not the owners fault of course, but it did take away from the enjoyment of the property. The smell was so intense, using the pool was an issue. The only other thing worth mentioning is that there is great AC in the rooms, but not the living room. It was very hot in the kitchen and living room, so just be aware. I'd stay here again during the time of year that the seaweed isn't there

Cute comfortable condo

Everything was easy! Great communication with owner. The property is still recovering from some hurricane damage. The beach has not yet been repaired and there is ongoing construction on one of the buildings. The unit itself is in a great location in the complex. Easy access to the pool and beach. Spent many happy hours at the property two doors down "Breezess" Friendly fun patrons. Restaurant on the other side of the property was also good. You won't go wrong renting this unit.

Great family vacation!

We loved our stay at this clean, cute condo. Barry and Heather were very responsive and helpful. The condo was exactly as described, even better actually. It was more spacious than we expected. Colony Cove is conveniently located to everything. The snorkeling from the condo exceeded expectations. Actually snorkeling around the whole island was great! Jack and Isaac Bay is a must see if you like idyllic beaches (who doesn’t, right?). Only regret is that we didn’t get a chance to try more local food. We will add it to our list for next time!

Great Stay at Colony Cove

Our stay in St Croix and at Colony Cove was great as always. Haven't stayed in this unit before but it was great. No issues getting in, all the codes were accurate as we walked right in and made ourselves at home. The place was very clean and recently updated.

Girls Trip

The property was very quiet. The pool and beach areas were not crowded with people. Everyone on the island was very welcoming. We had a couple of power outages but they only lasted for a few minutes. We will be definitely staying again. The condo had everything we needed and the itinerary sent by the owner was extremely helpful. The restaurants were amazing. I was very happy with everything. I definitely suggest renting a car or making friends with one of the local taxi drivers. Most places are not walking distance friendly. We had our own personal tour guide. It was a great time! St Croix

Would stay here again. Close to Christiansted town but recommend car to get around island. Very cute and comfortable. AC in bedrooms only which was not a problem for our comfort.

One of the best vacations we have ever experienced. We highly recommend St. Croix.

The condo was clean and confortable to live in for the week we were there. The maintenance staff were very friendly. We loved that the condo was very close to the beach. We enjoyed many walks along the beach. There were two different grogery stores within walking distance and serveral restaurants that were also close by the condo complex. We loved the island and plan on returning early next year, but for a longer stay next time. We have recommended to many of our friends and family what a great get away that St Croix island is to visit.

Great Condo - Everything You Need

This is such a great condo. It has absolutely everything that you need: fully stocked kitchen, blender, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, etc. The bedrooms are both a good size. Two bathrooms is so nice to have. Cable. Reliable WiFi. Nice beach. Good location. The decor is as cute as a button! The pool is really nice. There was a little construction going on within the grounds during the day, but it affected us minimally. The pool and beach remained open. If you are a RUNNER - I would recommend just looping the grounds. I wouldn't recommend running outside the complex b/c there are no curbs or sidewalks. I would consider that to be treacherous running, for that reason. Within the complex, it's a little less than 1/4 mile around/one loop. So 15 loops around the complex is about 3 miles. Recommended: Big Beards sailing trip Point Udall (absolutely beautiful) Cruzan Rum Distillery tour St. George Botanical Gardens La Reine's Chicken Shack for lunch at some point Thank you to the owner Barry for excellent communication throughout the process. A great place to stay.

Our ground floor unit is right on the corner of bld A. Very close to the pool and beach with a wonderful ocean view.Nice trade winds to keep you cool and no stairs to climb.
