We absolutely loved staying here!! Pet-friendly, loved the pool. So many fun little places that we could walk too. Loved that there was parking. We will definitely be staying again!

The house is stunning! My friends and I spent a long weekend here for a bachelorette trip, and the accommodations were perfect for what we wanted! The shared pool is lovely and spacious enough for multiple groups to enjoy; the en-suite bathrooms made getting ready super easy, and its proximity to restaurants and coffee shops made getting around super simple. The hosts were communicative and quick to reply, which was really helpful. The locked luggage shed was really helpful for check-out. I'd highly recommend the rental!

Excellent location and very comfortable beds. Kitchen had all you need however you need to go buy your coffee before arriving. There was just one serving . One bath towel had holes in it,and in one of the other bathrooms there was lipstick on the bath towel and it was damp. It was probably just over looked when the house was cleaned. The house was very clean overall.

Great House and Location

The house was perfect for our group. The management team was very great at communicating before and during my stay. And the location was perfect. So close to a coffee shop and still walking distance to King Street. The pool was also a great little spot to hangout at during the day.

We love this place!

We have stayed on this property multiple times. We love it! It’s our favorite place to stay in Charleston. I love the set up of this unit with each bedroom having its on bathroom and an addition bathroom. The beds are so comfortable. The pool is nice and warm in December. Highly recommend!

Great place- plenty of bathrooms

Girls trip - three of us - each had own bedroom and own bathroom. Convenient to grab an Uber to go into Market area or walk over to King street for dinner. Upstairs does produce noise when a lot of people there but we didn't mind that.

Great place to stay in Charleston

Location was good very short drive to downtown. You can walk if you are feeling adventurous. We did one day and while we were tired it was fine. Cute close coffee shop. Having parking on site was a plus! If you are in a bottom unit you can hear the upstairs noise but we didn’t have a problem with it and there are sound machines in all the bedrooms. Lots of natural light. Would stay again.

Charleston charm and comfort

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly designed, three bedroom, four full bath unit in beautiful Charleston. The location was central to all, with the ability to customize our sleeping quarters (we chose three king sized rooms). The unit was clean and new, lol with safe parking in the back of the property, a pool, with plenty of lounge chairs and towels and a dog park in the back which was clean and outfitted with dogie bags. Communications from the property manager were clear and helpful. The management company seemed to have thought of everything, even including sound machines in each bedroom to drown out any noise from aircraft flying overhead, neighbors or a snoring partner! I would definitely stay there again, and would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to plan a trip to the area!

From the moment we set foot entered the property, we knew we had made the right choice! The decor was inviting without being cluttered; the kitchen was well appointed and seating was sufficient for our group. Property managers confirmed in advance our desire for as many twin beds as possible and everything was in place upon arrival. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with the basics (shampoo, body wash, conditioner) and the best part was that each bedroom had its own bathroom w/shower and/or tub! Be sure to bring your bug spray, as the mosquitos are relentless. We could hear the folks above us but the sounds of footsteps didn't interrupt our sleep (there are earplugs readily available in the kitchen, just in case). Property managers were responsive, courteous, and helpful. This location puts you in close proximity to downtown, a short rideshare away. I was a little concerned about the shared pool, but that was no trouble at all: we had the chance to meet our neighbors and cool off at the same time. We highly recommend and look forward to planning our next visit!

Great location within 15-20 minutes from beaches, and minutes from shopping and restaurants on King & Market Street.The kids loved the pool. Unit was very spacious and clean. We would stay at the property again, but on the second floor. The only issue we had was hearing tenants above us walking and talking. It’s an older Charleston home, so we fully understood.

The property was exactly what we needed for a mid week vaca! Great location within walking distance to all of downtown Charleston and the house was exactly as it was described!
