This property completely renovated in August 2020 has an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher); a living room with table, chairs, TV, and a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed 140x190 cm (Double) ; a bathroom with shower & toilet.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area of Annecy, the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard to ensure the calm of your nights.
From the living room, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Annecy Castle and greenery.
Free wifi available.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

We had a deeply distressing experience at this rental. The apartment had severe hygiene issues, with a major mold infestation, especially in the bathroom. Worse still, the linens provided were shockingly unsanitary—many were visibly moldy, and the duvets and pillows were heavily stained with what appeared to be urine, blood, feces, and even semen. This is completely unacceptable in any accommodation, let alone one offered to paying guests.The cookware was also in poor condition—several mugs were chipped or broken, and many kitchen items were unusable. It felt as though no real effort had been made to maintain a basic standard of cleanliness or functionality.We contacted the host’s management team immediately, but the response was frustratingly slow. VRBO’s messaging system compounded the issue, and our urgent requests—for clean linen or a room change—were ignored. Instead, we were eventually offered a small refund (62 EUR), which took over 2.5 weeks to process after multiple follow-ups. A refund of cleaning and admin fees doesn’t fix the fact that the property was unsanitary and potentially hazardous to health.The only redeeming feature was the property’s central location in Annecy’s old town. Sadly, that doesn’t compensate for the unsafe and unclean conditions. We will not book with Conciergerie du Lac again and strongly advise other travelers to avoid this rental.

Séjour inoubliable à Annecy grâce à l’exceptionnelle équipe de la Conciergerie du Lac

Je viens de passer un long séjour à Annecy lors de ma mission chez Celeros Flow Technology, dans ce logement qui a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes et à la description de l'annonce. La localisation est idéale, à proximité de la gare et des arrêts de bus, ce qui a grandement facilité mes déplacements. Ce qui a rendu ce séjour vraiment spécial, c'est l'équipe de la Conciergerie du Lac. Leur service est tout simplement exceptionnel : une communication fluide et rapide, toujours prête à répondre à la moindre demande avec efficacité et sourire. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement et surtout l'équipe formidable qui le gère. J'espère avoir la chance de revenir après l'été, selon la disponibilité, pour revivre cette expérience agréable. Un grand merci à la Conciergerie du Lac pour leur dévouement et leur professionnalisme qui ont fait de mon séjour un moment inoubliable.

Situation excellente et logement fonctionnel !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement, très bien situé en plein dans la vieille ville, tout à proximité (restaurants, bars, magasins,…) et très proche du lac. Le logement est bien équipé et propre. Cependant un peu mal isolé ( on entend parfois les résidents du dessus mais aucun bruit provenant de la rue passante puisque qu’il donne sur une petite cour) Globalement nous sommes très satisfaits ! A refaire ! Merci !

Excellent emplacement Bon rapport emplacement / prix - Manque le luminaire (plafonnier) dans la chambre avec les fils dénudés - Pas de prises à côté du lit (1 seule prise dans la chambre) - Ventilateur poussiéreux ++, usage indispensable car zone confinée et très chaud - Eclairage mural dans le séjour non fonctionnel et au plafond 1 ampoule sur les 2 de fonctionnels - pas de tir bouchon (important pour les vacances) !!!! - salle de bain très étroite (difficile avec un bébé)

Logement sale, des cheveux dans les tiroirs , pas de papiers toilette , à peine 2 verres à pied ...pas de tire bouchon Une odeur d humidité rance , un lit très moyen à latte , heureusement que le matelas était correct . Le seul point positif , son emplacement... Mais cela ne justifie pas son prix journée Je ne reviendrais pas !

Bon Place, dommage pas très propre.

L’appartement est dans une très belle position. Je fait juste deux remarque, vous avez changé le code d’entré et vous l’avez pas communiqué, je dois pas m’imaginé de demandé le code au bar proche. Il fait au moins téléphoné parce que même la hotline été déjà fermé. L’appartement est jolie mais pas propre, il y as vais des cheveux dans la douche est par terre. Les prochains clients sûrement vont apprécier.

L’appartement n’étais pas très propre. Le frigo est tombé en panne et nous avons perdu notre nourriture. L’appartement est très mal insonorisé donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit et difficulté à dormir. Je ne pense pas que je reprendrais cette appartement Merci

A little bit too little

The bed was too little and oriented against the wall, one person has a trapped feeling. The bathroom was also too little, shower and the orientation of the sink, shower and toilet...Living quarters was ok, orientation of the appartment in the village was perfect.

Great stay

Had a really great time with my bestfriend! We loved that the appartement was located right in the middel of the centre. Also just everything we needed and our room even viewed the castle. Would definitely recommend☺️

Petit plutôt que "joli"

L'appartement est très bien situé à Annecy. L'entrée de l'immeuble jouxte l'un des meilleurs glaciers du centre historique, "Le Glacier des Alpes". À 100 m, il est possible de louer tous les types de vélos. Néanmoins, l'appartement est petit. Idéalement prévu pour deux personnes, nous l'avions choisi pour quatre (avec nos deux enfants adolescents). Mais, une fois le canapé convertible déplié l'espace se réduit davantage. Les literies ne sont pas confortables. Le ménage est bâclé (cheveux et poussières dans les coins et sur les réglettes de portes, "moutons" sous les literies), nous avons dû passer la balayette à l'arrivée. Il y a deux fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain (WC et lavabo) et une dernière à l'évier. Nous avons signalé un couteau en céramique brisé et une ampoule hors-service, le jour de notre arrivée, mais il n'y a eu aucun remplacement. La vue donne sur une cour intérieure sombre et délaissée, côté séjour, et sur une autre en chantier, côté chambre. L'isolation phonique est inexistante : les passages, les bruits de plomberie, les travaux dans l'immeuble étaient fréquents et pénibles. Trois éléments de décoration ne font pas d'un bien un "joli appartement".

Appartement très bien situé. Travaux en cours dans les appartements adjacents dès le matin , très bruyant. Dans le logement, petit frigidaire et congélateur inexistant. Gros désagrément, il est très difficile de pouvoir trouver une place de stationnement dans annecy et uniquement des parkings payants et coûteux pour stationner des journées entières qui limitent fortement les déplacements pour éviter de rechercher une place de stationnement très très prisée.

Très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé, en plein coeur de la vieille ville d'Annecy, à proximité direct du Lac, des commerces, de la gare. Tout est faisable à pied c'est très agréable. Le fait que les fenêtres donnent sur des cours intérieures est très appréciable pour le confort de sommeil. La mise à disposition de l'appareil à raclette est un petit bonus.

Super logement !

C’etait un super séjour dans ce logement! Il est propre et très bien situé, pas très grand donc idéal pour deux personnes. Je le recommande à tout ceux qui désirent faire la visite de la ville à pied car son atout est vraiment l’emplacement au cœur de la viellle ville.
