Villa Bella Positano can easily accommodate 8 guests in 3 double bedroom,(plus a sofa bed) furnished with fine antique furnishings .

The bedrooms are equipped with flat-screened satellite T.V., desk , air conditioning and heating. In addition there is a comfortable sofa bed.

There are 3 bathrooms, one suite.
The bathrooms have showers.
There is a shared Jucuzzi Pool .
The fully-furnished kitchen boasts refrigerator/freezer , microwave oven, T.V., dishwasher and washing machine.
From the 60 sq. metre terrace there is a splendid 360° view of the Amalfi Coast and in particular Positano, Capri and the Isole Galli.

The terrace is is equipped with comfortable chairs ,tables, umbrellas and sun beds.
The property is situated directly of the main road ; a mere 20 steps lead to the splendid terrace and entrance.
The bus stop for Sorrento-Amalfi and the local Positano bus is just outside the gate.
Paid parking is available .
The centre of Positano is approximately 1,5 km away and can be reached by a pleasant walk along the roadway to the typical walkways with beautiful panoramic vistas of the town.
Positano shopping is world-know with everything from sandle-makers, clothiers, ceramicists and lequor manufactures located along the winding little streets.

Beautifll

We just returned from staying 6 nights at Villa Nicola and it was a wonderful experience which exceeded our expectations! The villa is newly renovated with a large terrace which has amazing views of Positano and the sea, and is closely situated to the central Positano pedestrian area (appox. 5 minutes walking and 1 minutes on Sita bus). The villa owners Nicola and Angela cooked us an amazing Italian meal one evening and they and Maria (who handles check-in) came around daily to visit with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our visit to Positano was made even more memorable through our stay at villa Nicola. We hope to make it stay there and see Nicola and Angela again in the future!

Loved the property. Spectacular view and very close walk to center of Positano.

Spectacular views from terrace. Very comfortable and spacious. Provided drinks and snacks. Rosa was very helpful in making recommendations for local restaurants. We would definitely return.

Stunning views of water and town away from Positano crowds.

Pros:This is a beautiful home decorated with fine classic furniture and art. Very spacious. A huge deck overlooking the sea where we spent most of our time. The owners left us a bowl of fruit and snacks and a refrigerator full of drinks including Prosecco, white wine, beer,coke,beer. We really appreciated having this after our flight. Cons: The property is located about a 30 minute walk from downtown Positano on the main road. For a tourist The walk is scary With cars and motorcycles whizzing by. The bus comes once an hour. We took taxis to central Positano every day. There were some basic amenities missing from the kitchen: trash bags, dishwasher detergent, sugar. Unfortunately the hot tub and icemaker were not working during our stay. The housekeeper is a smoker but she agreed to smoke across the road when we were there.

Wonderful place to stay

The view from the balcony is spectacular. It seemed to get better everyday. The apartment was well kept. The kitchen could use a few more cooking items; however, we did not really cook in. There were a couple of the restaurants that had free shuttle service, which was wonderful. The deli also delivered and the food was fabulous. It was not a very far walk from the city center once you got use to walking on the busy curvy roads. We did not mind it after the first day. We did have Internet issues for a couple of days which stressed some in our group; however, I didn't mind, as it forced me to disconnect. It was back up the last couple of days. Our hosts were wonderful and Rosa was very informative.
