Our place is close to Legacy Place w/ shopping, restaurant, cinema, bowling, whole foods. 4-5 minutes walk to Train Station, around 20 min commute to downtown Boston. Separate entrance, living room, big play room, full bath, fully equipped kitchen and 2-bedroom with living room pullout queen sofa bed. Washer & Dryer are free to use. High speed internet. 2 off street parking and quiet residential neighborhood. Close to highway. Over 1300 Sqft with entertainment and exercises space.

This was a good landing place for our family trip to Boston. The kitchen was very well equipped and the flat was very clean. I was impressed that they set up the pull out sofa before we arrived! Very good location for public transport, and the hosts were very helpful before our stay.

Large space with comfortable beds and amenities for a longer stay. Ping Pong table was a plus. Shower floor was in need of cleaning/replacement and much of the unit could use some attention. For a one day stay it was fine and the location was great.

A great location for exploring Boston and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, very comfortable double bed, lounge with TV and access to Netflix. Hosts provided excellent instructions. We would stay here again, thank you for a lovely stay.

The location is excellent for travel to Boston and shopping is right nearby.The space itself is rather disjointed and spread out, but with teenagers that is fine. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances but not conducive to cooking. The sponge for cleaning dishes should be replaced.The bedrooms are very cozy and warm. The beds are comfortable and when asked for another blanket the owner responded rapidly.The bathroom was well equipped with towels and was nice and warm. The shower as others have stated is pretty grimy and could use an overhaul, but the water was nice and warm and the water pressure is good.Laundry facilities were a HUGE plus!! Thank you for supplying the laundry soap!My kids really enjoyed the ping pong table.Overall it is a good value for the money.

Roomy, pleasant stay at this home in Dedham

Great stay for our needs of visiting family in Dedham. I would have felt safer having a railing to hold onto while using the outside steps. Would stay there again as the location is great for this family.

Enjoyable stay in Dedham

We were very comfortable in this very spacious apartment. We cooked our own meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the ping pong table. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and the place met all of our needs.

Lovely Large Space for Family

Visiting Boston for the weekend. Had a blast! Ping pong table was a hit! Super easy taking train into city and Lyft back "home". Nice and clean with all the amenities. Would stay again!
