Completely renovated March 2023 located in Watertown modern and stylish good for couples, families with kids,
You’ll love our place because of the location, the backyard, the cleanliness. Your private: 1 bath, full kitchen, living room, 2 -3 bedrooms. (Access to 3rd Bedroom with office space is trough the second Bedroom )
Close to Downtown Boston, restaurants, Bus stop within easy walking distance, 15 min to Boston Airport!

Things to Note

Your host provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo , conditioner, etc.. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are multiple grocery stores nearby.

We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have smart tv that you can access your subscriptions.

No smoking of any kind inside. $300 fee charged for smoking inside.

Plenty of room for a family stay. Location is convenient to get into Boston or local places in Watertown. The walls of the unit are thin so you can hear people talking next door, like in the kitchen, or in bedrooms at night if you are unlucky to get loud guests next door.

A pleasant, comfortable house very convenient to Harvard Square, which was exactly what we needed. Also near convenient shops and a great diner.

This multi-level duplex worked out really well for our stay. We needed a parking spot, washer/dryer, room for 4 adults to sleep and this place had it all for a reasonable price. Note: staircase is steep and bathroom is cozy.

Great Stay!!!

We stayed for 6 nights while our daughters took a ballet intensive in Cambridge. Short drive to Cambridge. Townhouse was super close to everything. Back yard was super cute with nice deck. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to the area.

Nice big place close to Boston and Cambridge for a pretty good area. Nice kitchen and downstairs and yard. Nice bedrooms including a third one on the third floor. There were some pretty steep chairs that were a little bit of a challenge and no bathroom upstairs. The place was clean, but we did see a mouse in the kitchen one night when we came home after dark.

Great getaway with friends

Annabelly is an excellent host and it was very easy to communicate with her. She responded very quickly to all questions. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for getting into Boston and Cambridge and there was a great walking path nearby along the Charles River. Check-in was very easy and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio!

Great place, great location!

We’ve stayed at this property twice and both times we’ve been happy! The stairs are very steep but definitely manageable. The location is perfect for Boston College (we booked it when visiting) or Uber distance from downtown! Has everything you would need! Loved coffee on the back deck in the mornings! There is a breakfast/lunch diner within a 3 minute walking distance that is a great way to start the day!

Wonderful place

Very nice, well maintained apartment in a convenient location. Our friends were quite happy while staying there several weeks helping a family member in the area. Owner very responsive when any issues arose. Neighbors are respectful and friendly.

Great Location!

This was a great location for our trip to Boston. Super easy to get in and out of town from and there was room for each of our kids to stay comfortably. I would suggest a few more items for the kitchen as it was not as stocked as I would have expected. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

A Lovely, Quiet Apartment

This is a very plessant home on the outskirts of Watertown. It's a five minute drive to the Mass Pike but also a short walk into Watertown Square, which has great restaurants. The house is well appointed, including a kitchen that we used to cook a lot, and a very comfortable back yard where we soaked up the early Spring sunshine.

Great location

The property is as pictured and big enough for a family of 4. It is clean and has all the amenities needed. Great location. I would stay here again.

The house description is accurate. My family and I were comfortable in the space. It's close to a 15 minute drive to Harvard/ Harvard Square which is where we spent most of our time. The drive was easy to navigate. The kitchen is very basic- not many "extras", I'm happy I brought my coffee pot with us because there was nothing else for coffee. We managed and got creative with the pots and pans that were there when making dinners. Communication with the host was great! Quick responses when questions arose. If we come back will consider staying again.

Great stay!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and had a lovely time! It was clean and plenty of space for all of us! The host had great communication and was so kind. Also the backyard and deck were so pleasant.
