Amazing Vacation

So close to the beach! The owners were welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we met. So clean and spacious, definitely a home away from home! Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Hobo's Restaurant served up a scrumptious buffet, referred to us by the owners of our rental. Attention to detail made our stay so comfortable, we can't wait to return next year!

Location great!

Debbie was so nice! The cottage was just as stated! She mentioned, once we arrived, that the hot water heater in the closet, for all 3 units, is a bit noisy.. it was REALLY noisy! We got use to it after a while and made the best of it. We enjoyed our ourselves anyway 😊

Nice size apartment

The apartment was clean but not modern like the listing referred to. The water heater was located in the kitchen for all 3 apartments and was very loud. Everytime it went off it woke me. The property manager was very nice and came right away when I had an issue with the musty smell of the apartment. The shower was very small. The size of the apartment was great with a nice covered front porch. The TV, the only one that was in the living room, was very small however, should be upgraded to a larger one and add another one to the master bedroom. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus.

Great cottage

The cottage was clean and we had plenty of space. The hostess was very responsive. We've been coming to Salisbury for many years and this rental was one of our favorites.

Amazing Location

Suuuuper close to the beach - also super close to the pier. Really, really fantastic location. Plenty of space, stocked kitchen. Outdoor shower, good cross-breeze inside the apartment and AC in the main room and one bedroom. Very bad wifi - basically non existent, we were at the beach most of the time so it didn't matter but a thing to be aware of. Host greeted us when we arrived - lives upstairs, offered her phone number to text if any issues. We had none but it was super nice. Gave us total privacy otherwise. Great stay!

Clean & Comfortable Home Away From Home

We've just returned from our 2 week stay at this sunny Salisbury Beach rental and would go back in a minute! The homeowners are such lovely people and the apartment itself is spacious, modern, very clean and very comfortable. We were truly able to enjoy all of the comforts of home. All appliances were clean and in perfect working order. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment made it easy to pack light and though dining out is nice, having a fully appointed kitchen to prepare meals was an added convenience. The grocery store is a short drive away and the walk to the beach is about a minute and a half around the corner. We made a very good choice with this rental and would love to return in the future! A++

Lovely beach house; great location

The apartment was clean, spacious and well-kept. The kind, friendly owners are accessible if there was a problem (there were no problems.) Parking for two cars was an added benefit. The location was fabulous (around the corner to the beach and just up the street to Salisbury center.) Had a wonderful stay with the family.

Amazing Week

When we arrived the owners were there to greet us and they were very friendly. This property is a 2 minute walk to the beach and you won’t be disappointed.We had so much Fun all week and would love to come back next year .Thank you Deb/Arthur for renting out your beach house to all of Us .

Great Vaca

Great location. While not right on beach it is a quick walk to the beach and Salisbury center. Hosts, Arthur and Deb were very friendly. Would stay again.

Arthur and his wife are great. Their rental is exactly as advertised. It is just a short walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful.

The cottage was great. It was clean, open and airy. We all had a great time. Everything that we needed was supplied. The family is wonderful to work with. Any issues that came up were taken care of immediately. They want the families that stay there to enjoy their time and do everything they can to see to it that they do. It is only a few minutes to the beach and the walk is easy. The private area in the back is great for family. It was great to get some sun, have cookouts and just sit and visit without a lot of noise to interrupt us. We loved our stay. Thank you for all that you did for us. Leona McGraw

Perfect spot for a perfect price!

My family had a great time staying at this rental. The owner's were lovely and totally accommodating. The unit is bright and clean with access to the beach a block away (2 minute walk). We would recommend this property to our friends and family anytime, you won't be disappointed!

Great cottage

I have rented cottages online previously and was disappointed when I arrived. Not this time. This cottage has everything you would need for a fun vacation. The location is great - both for getting to the beach and to the center of town. The owners are in the upstairs unit and are wonderful people. The place is very spacious, open, bright and clean - couldn't ask for much more. Highly recommended.
