This adorable Oceanside 4 bedroom cottage is all on one level. This home includes a full kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 three quarter bathrooms plus a wet bar. There is air conditioning in the kitchen and living room areas. A one stall garage plus one tandem parking behind it included in the rental. There is also free street parking across the street. This is located 1 mile south of the Seabrook border, great location, beautiful beach!
THIS UNIT IS ALSO AVAILABLE AS A WINTER RENTAL FROM JANUARY 1ST THRU APRIL 30TH FOR $2000 PER MONTH. (ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED) available for winter of 2026/ 2027.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used towels and dirty bath mats on the dryer in the garage.
Please return all furniture to original spots.
Please give the unit a basic clean to help keep cleaning fees as low as possible. Please also make sure grill and propane tanks are off and grill is cleaned.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If your pet is approved prior to booking, no linens are provided for the safety and comfort of future travelers.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms where there is carpet. They must be gated or crated when left alone in the house.
The town of Salisbury does not allow dogs on the beach from April 15th - September 15th. Grass area across the street is best-please pick up after!!
