Everything was perfect. The house was bigger and better than we had even expected. Everything was ready for when we got there. Communication with the host is super easy and they respond extremely quickly.

The house itself is amazing, but other small things made me frustrated. - You have to drive the golf cart 1 mile to park to go to beach. There is a beach access 0.3 miles but you can’t park there. - Beds/Mattresses are FIRM. I didn’t enjoy that and neither did my back. - The “beach house” does not offer any chairs or umbrellas. Be prepared to go buy your own. - No seasoning left behind, go buy and take it home, they will throw it away. Bring your salt and pepper shakers from home. - They brought some pool umbrellas by on our 3rd day which we were thankful for. - Fans inside the house do not have remotes so they are stuck on whatever setting they’re at. Whether that’s off or level 10, you can’t adjust them. - Bring someone who is 6’0 tall, they need to hold the shower on after you get back from the beach. Owner is snob. I saw a TikTok of this place after I booked and was having some issues while there, so I DM’ed her on TikTok. Looked the next day, she had blocked me. Decent place, nice receptionist via VRBO app, but the Host/Owners were very nasty people. Probably wouldn’t book again even at 50% discount.

There is cart parking at the beach 3 blocks from the home. Everything mentioned here is clearly explained in our listing and guidebook. Clay was a very difficult guest. We LOVE everyone but this guest was not a good fit. Best to ignore this review.

Roomy house!

Very roomy house for a big group. The bikes were a plus! We had a group of 12 including kids and teenagers and we all enjoyed our stay!

Everything was spectacular. Plenty of room for my family of ten. House was clean and had everything we needed. Luke was super responsive to all my questions. The bikes are a great thing to have being so close to the beach and shopping. The pool was perfect. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful house. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick ride to any store you could need on vacation. The interior of the house is stunning, light and airy and well equipped. The pool and bikes were an added bonus. Will definitely be back!

Must stay!!

We stay in Destin 2-3 weeks a year and this property was perfect!! Only downside was no grill. Beside that 10/10.

Exactly as listed- clean, two blocks from the beach, private pool, convenient location. Perfect space for two families with children and two sets of grandparents. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Beautiful House

The house is beautiful with many upgrades and the pool was the biggest pool/outdoor space that we have ever had in Destin. The location to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants were very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!
