Charlie & I absolutely love to restore properties and particularly historic ones, and we have done quite a few. Sharon, a realtor and accredited stager, does her part in decorating and "nesting" you in to be comfy, but before that can happen, Charlie does his part in the renovation and updating to make certain you have the quality of workmanship that we are very proud. Please visit The 1865 House, our home, that was lovingly restored and now we are working on The 1904 Townhouse.
Sharon purchased this Townhome in 2020
Why Sharon chose Town of New Haven
Why This Property? The Character and Location helped make our decision. This property is literally "open the door and you are right on Court Street "in the Center of Town where always a lot going on and things to do. Sharon had her gift shop, The Fox & Hound in this location for 4 years and it's just a charming spot inside - with the renovation we've done - we think you will be quite comfortable. where we have taken it to the next level.
What makes this Townhome unique
The Unique Benefits: Walk to everything. Shopping, Eateries, Pubs, Antique Stores, and everyone always has to make their visit to Ben Franklin's (which is right across the street). .. lastly, this building has the sweetest iron gate that leads to a covered side porch where you can sit back, put your feet up and drift back in time.
