Great location

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located a few steps from the train station and all of the beautiful attractions in Como. Also close to the harbor to explore the rest of Lake Como. Wish we would have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s place which is conveniently close to the train station. She was very helpful and made several suggestions on what to see and do. The house is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommend staying there!

Amazing location, just steps from train station. Greeted by hostess and showed around and given all information we would need. Used the family’s boat business to do an all day tour of lake and stop at several towns and it was amazing! . Their restaurant recommendations were spot on.very comfortable and clean and checked im on is regularly. Highly recommend!

Nice stay at a convenient location

The apartment is nice inside and in walking distance to the Lake, station, and Como Center. Many dining places and a supermarket are also nearby. Private parking for 2 cars is a nice addition since finding a parking spot on streets of Como could be a challenge. The host is super kind and nice.

I would give it ten stars if possible. Veronica made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfectly situated near the train station and only a short walk to the center of town. The apartment was welll apointed with everything needed for a great stay. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, Marco greeted us outside which was very helpful since we didn’t have to look around for our apartment after our drive from Milan. Veronica welcomed us in the apartment and everything was exactly like in the pictures. Both Veronica and Marco were very kind and helpful providing us recommendations.

Excellent communication and info from Veronica who met us at the train station. Convenient for the train and walk into Como and the Lake. Lots of advice about where to eat and what to do. Veronica even booked us into a local restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Would recommend as Veronica could not have done more to make our 3 night stay in Como perfect

We really enjoyed this apartment and our stay in Como. The apartment is in a great location near the train station and was exactly as advertised. Veronica met us at check in and showed us around. She provides great communication about suggested activities and restaurants, and her husband Marco has a private boat service. We used this for a private boat tour which was a highlight of our stay. This was the perfect place for our family of 5, and we would stay here again.

Great location and warm hospitality

We were so grateful for the warm welcome, incredible suggestions and beautiful apartment. The location near the train station was absolutely perfect for our needs. Surprisingly, we never heard a single train, announcement, etc. Don’t let the proximity to the station deter you. If you are traveling by train, it’s an absolute plus.

Pretty, modern apartment that leaves nothing to be desired!

The apartment is super suitable for 2 couples (and 2 children). Offers enough space and invites you to linger. The proximity to the train station is also great and that you have a parking space directly at the house. The landlady was very accommodating, super nice and has given helpful tips and info.

Beautiful, centrally located home and wonderful host

This place in Como was the best home we had during our 2-week trip to Italy. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. The apartment is lovely, spacious, very clean, centrally located (near the lake), and a 3-minute walk to the train station. We slept well after a long trip in comfortable beds (no train noises at all). Veronica was super sweet, very welcoming and extremely helpful - an excellent way to start our vacation! She met us at the train station, escorted us to the apartment, showed us around, provided us with a map, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Her husband, Marco has a fantastic boat tour which we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, as well as a nearby supermarket open 24/7. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this great place! 10/10

Great Stay, Greater Host

Veronica’s property is in a prime location for Lake Como, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Veronica will meet you at the train station and show you the property along with her recommendations for the area. The property is super clean and neat. Her husband has a boating license and offered to take our group on a private boat tour. Definitely take him up on this offer as the boat tour was our favorite thing we did on the trip. You choose how long of a tour and what cities you want to visit and he will take care of the rest. We had such a fun time! Veronica is a very accommodating and friendly host and I highly recommend this listing.
