Very clean, very nice host. Great location. Very close to train station. Finding it was diificult. Traffic was a challenge die to the football just finishing and recent heavy rains that washed out roads.

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et bien situé.La propriétaire est très serviable et à l'écoute.Elle nous a été d'une aide précieuse au début de notre séjour et nous la remercions encore chaleureusement.Si nous revenons, nous louerons à nouveau ce logement sans hésitation.

The property is in a good location. Easily walkable to the lake. It is clean. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. She met us there and showed us what we needed to know. Air conditioning worked well.

Appartement très bien équipé.Communication au top pour l arrivée et les conseils (restaurants, visites...etc).Important pour nous: une place de stationnement privative à l arrière du bâtiment et à l écart de la route.

Great spot!

Everything was perfect! The hosts were wonderful and accessible, the property was clean, safe and nicely appointed and the location very convenient to many things. Would stay again and recommend!

Great location and great apartment!

we really enjoyed our stay here and Lake Como. The apartment is wonderful, comfortable, clean, and close to everything. The park's surrounding it is also really nice.

Très agréable et très bien situé

Quand on retournera à Come direction cet appartement hyper bien situé et facile d'accès.Un hôte au top qui nous a dit quoi faire sur Come.Appartement spacieux, super propre et literie très bonne.5m à pied du centre vraiment idéal et come est vraiment magnifique.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Beautiful, centrally located home and wonderful host

This place in Como was the best home we had during our 2-week trip to Italy. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. The apartment is lovely, spacious, very clean, centrally located (near the lake), and a 3-minute walk to the train station. We slept well after a long trip in comfortable beds (no train noises at all). Veronica was super sweet, very welcoming and extremely helpful - an excellent way to start our vacation! She met us at the train station, escorted us to the apartment, showed us around, provided us with a map, and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Her husband, Marco has a fantastic boat tour which we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, as well as a nearby supermarket open 24/7. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this great place! 10/10

Wonderful Stay

Amazing location, just steps from train station. Greeted by hostess and showed around and given all information we would need. Used the family’s boat business to do an all day tour of lake and stop at several towns and it was amazing! . Their restaurant recommendations were spot on.very comfortable and clean and checked im on is regularly. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO we have stayed at in a long time. Super close to train and city center. Clean well appointed apartment. Host was super helpful and provide connection to Como lake boat ride. Grocery store close by. Highly recommended

Excellent Stay!

Upon arrival, Marco greeted us outside which was very helpful since we didn’t have to look around for our apartment after our drive from Milan. Veronica welcomed us in the apartment and everything was exactly like in the pictures. Both Veronica and Marco were very kind and helpful providing us recommendations.

Fantastic Home, Fantastic Host, Centrally Located

There are so many complimentary things I can say about the property and the host Veronica. Simply put I had a total of 6 people in my party (myself, wife and 4 young adult kids ages 18-21). The accommodations were extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Having a washing machine was fantastic in order to have clean clothes to repack. The location in my opinion was absolutely amazing and centrally located to everything in Como Town. When we arrived at Como San Giovanni train station Veronica was there to greet us. It was a 3 minute walk from the train station to the accommodations. This worked our great for our departure as well. Veronica welcomed us with a bottle of wine, snacks, cold water in the refrigerator. The living room windows open up to a park which allows for fresh air and nice views. Plenty of mini split A/C systems in the home as well to keep you cool. Veronica was extremely thorough providing details on everything relating best places to eat, recommendations for travel up to Bellagio and Verrana, boat rentals, location of the 24 hour grocery market etc. I cannot emphasize the friendly and welcoming spirit Veronica provided in addition to the beautiful home we stayed in. Thank you for the fantastic accommodations and experience. We will see you again!

Great accommodation in Como

We really enjoyed this apartment and our stay in Como. The apartment is in a great location near the train station and was exactly as advertised. Veronica met us at check in and showed us around. She provides great communication about suggested activities and restaurants, and her husband Marco has a private boat service. We used this for a private boat tour which was a highlight of our stay. This was the perfect place for our family of 5, and we would stay here again.

Nice stay at a convenient location

The apartment is nice inside and in walking distance to the Lake, station, and Como Center. Many dining places and a supermarket are also nearby. Private parking for 2 cars is a nice addition since finding a parking spot on streets of Como could be a challenge. The host is super kind and nice.
